If you have a job and make your own money and pay what bills and expenses all of you have agreed to then you should be free to spend your money on whatever you want.

Just my two cents.

I still live at home. I also have a full time job and bought a portable storage building that I’ve turned into my mancave/ collection room. If there’s enough space on the property maybe ask them to let you get one and then you can move your collection there instead of your room.

Out of sight is out of mind after all.

Anyone else bothered by how tiny the painted nosecone section is?

 

Im loving the siege alts too. Think you're right about the bot mode with prowl. Only downside is it has bluestreaks face. At least Bluestreak is confirmed for later and with his own head instead of repainted prowl in siege.

 

I'm thankful TFs are such a massive icon. That's my point, really. Many toy lines that aren't huge movie, cartoon or comic IPs have died off - even Star Wars has seen a massive decline in sales. Basically, unless you're Lego, Barbie, Transformers, or Marvel Legends, you might as well fuck off from the toy aisle.

Other factors have been at play such as an economic downturn, the rise of video games and digital devices, etc. But Transformers has remained a strong brand through most of that. I think that owes to their nature - the only thing better than a toy car or an action man on their own is something that's both at once.

Again, if we lived in dark times for the franchise, we'd be shelling out $60 for a Deluxe Optimus Prime that was part of a limited series you can't find at general retail. I know store exclusives aren't everyone's cup of tea, but I know many would rather an Amazon-only item than freaking Walgreens.

 

I want a big leader Straxus to go with these guys. Some new Insecticons wouldn’t hurt either.

 

I’d love all three Insecticons in a box for $40, retooled versions of the legends class ones so they’re all in the same style and colours. Preferably G1 toy-based in colour and slight retooling, the biggest change would probably be Bombshell’s legs.

 

oh wow just noticed Red Alert has his red elbows from the cartoon . That might cause me to buy him again with his 3rd party add ons spoiler, gap fillers ect.

 

Eh now I can’t unsee Bluestreak face on prowl. Maybe it will change by the time it comes out....

 

Preordered both sets. I feel the seeker set will end up like another Skywarp situation.

 

I wonder if the siege head will be swappable?

 

I do think there's a chance we'll get the obscure recolors with the new Seeker mold. Guys like Sunstorm, Nacelle, and Acid Storm.

I missed out on Amazon Skywarp and regret it. I never expected him to go up to $175 average on the black market.

 

One of the redeemable qualities of the Universe mold was that none of the retail heads were retooled. I really wish that option was still there, or that the factory workers would sell the alternate heads from the molds, Smikescreen colored Prowl head and the like.

 

Why can't things just be released in stores....actual walk into them, pick things up, walk to the front and buy things stores.
I get specialty this n that, bla bla....
But fighting for online this...preorder that....it gets exausting...then you tie up money then here comes the cancellation emails....

Yeah, I mean, if you’re talking about Siege Skywarp, he was available on preorder for two months and only available in stock for a month after that. If you’re talking about the Target ones, they still haven’t hit saturation yet.

 

Yeah i was talking about Siegewarp. He was up for a bit and gone. I’m not sure if other amazon exclusives were like this. I feel like Ironhide and Prowl may be around for a while.
