I personally think it could do with a nice coat of paint on a lot of the parts...especially the lions’ legs and the sword. But, I’m not sure how well the plastic would take paint. I haven’t tried painting mine, but it’s made of a fairly slick plastic that paint may not readily stick to. Still, it is a fun toy as-is that you can play with without worrying about scratches. I dig the look and proportions, and I even like the lights and sounds. Hopefully someone here has some experience painting this guy and can shed some light.
Ah, so it's that glossy, semi-slippery plastic? I use Testors and Mr. Hobby when I paint and those seem to stick well, though admittedly that's mostly model kits I use them for.
Yeah..glossy and semi-slippery. I’ve been impressed by how well Testors sticks to stuff, though, so it might actually work...can’t guarantee it, though.
Tits! Is that the Altimites DX near bottom-center? I'd like to have that one, I think. How's the quality?
Quality is good from what I have handled him... Was just for a short time... I quickly put him in combined mode and on the shelf...

I really should invest in a popy voltron, with the amount of dif Voltrons I already have. The only thing is getting the expensive popy pilots to go with them
This is the first run non-chrome version. I have the chrome version. My feeling is it's worth it but not at that price. With that said, these were all custom made with a tinty production run so it's quite hard to find now. Original price I think was about 50$.
At this point really, why would anybody want the longer thighs as the Dairugger scales well with the Golion without mods?
They're prob trying to go for that pic shown after every time Voltron is formed See how extra long his things are, every time
I extend the torso because i did not like the waist proportion. with the tapered waist the longer thighs give it a more balanced look.
