I'd flip that statement around. The toys were always far more interesting than the story about edgelord Autobots who always win and heroic cringe-campy Decepticons who barely appear and who have to be bailed out by the regular reality Autbots all the time.

 

Clearly you don't know SG very well. Ultra Magnus and Rodimus are more prominent than Megatron and Bumblebee.

 

SG is to me only worth it for the fanart recolours. It's literally just existing toys in swapped decoes, that's not enough for a toyline or story IMO.

I don't buy 3P, not for morale reason or anything like that, just that it's too pricey converted into my currency.

 

Moutplate is prime , mouth primal the mouth is accurate to the series, he only use on the series the mouthplate from time to time the mouth is more iconic

 

here's an idea. since Beast Wars primarily focuses on time travel they could lead right into Shattered Glass right after Kingdom and explain it as the timeline got changed by time travel shenanigans.

 

Scorponok and Terrorsaur were character who were never given much of a chance to have an interesting personality, sadly and being disliked/boring is what ended with them getting axed off in season 2. Personally I think Scorponok has a good cause to be an 'evil Wheeljack' type. In early BW, he was the science guy for the Predacons, but eventually this was found to be redundant due to Tarantulas taking over that role just as much as Megatron himself (one overlooked aspect of BW Megatron is that he's very much a mad scientist type, something which come to fruition in Beast Machine). Scorponok is loyal, dim witted and yet still the tech guy. This make me wonder if he shouldn't be some evil version of the 'absent minded scientist': a bit dim but quite gifted at tinkering. However, given the closest he got to his own episode (Gorilla Warfare) is about how his tech misfire and goes awry I think its safe to say he ought to be the kind of guy whose inventions hilarious backfire more often than not.

Terrorsaur meanwhile suffers from being an attempt at making a Starscream 2.0. Problem is, BW already has not one but two excellent Starscreams with their own twist: Dinobot and Tarantulas.

 

Three if you count the original Starscream.

 

Meh, he's a one shot guest character and quite a bit more loony than his G1 self. Obviously its the writing, but its not hard to think traversing the space/time continuum as a disembodied spark has made him quite nuts. Even the episode itself calls into question if he's still sane. He isn't.

 

I feel that I'm not looking forward to paying for that Fans Hobby Armada Prime.

That's fair enough, but when they carve a chunk out of what's clearly meant to be a full faceplate to give him a mouth it just doesn't look right to me.

 

I saved like 4 months to buy a simple upgrade, there's no way i'd save to buy a full toys!  

 

Can we expect rereleases of the T30 three stooges for Kingdom or will we possibly get new molds?

 

Rhinox , Rattrap and Waspinator were amazing. I dont think they could do better to be honest.

 

Rattrap is going to be on a smaller scale so new mold, rhinox and waspinator not sure maybe just reissues or new mold who knows, most probably new molds since that is what happens to arcee better than the previous one who knows
