Well, I am late to the game, but I just got my CT-01 Yesterday, (Landbull is in my stash at TCP waiting to ship). HOWEVER, I had both a defect in the plastic on one of the eyes, and It will not transform due to a wrong part installed in the left leg. There is no way to reverse the part that I can see. TCP is going to fix it for me, but they just left for a week vacation and said I'd have to wait until they get back.  

has anyone else run into this?

If it helps, showz says they will not send my replacement hand for ferocious until I pay them for Firmament...

So you have to pre-order a new figure to get parts for a previous one? Isn't the pre-order like $2 right now? How can you even pay for it? Or am I missing something?

I'm sure TCP will take good care of me, I just had bad timing with them leaving for vacation, that's all. The other figure the sent me in my order was wrong, and something I already own. So my whole order was a bust! Oh well. First time I've ever had "negative" experience with them, and it's nothing to cry over.  


For what it's worth, I really liked the feel of CT-01 and I'm really excited for this entire set!

Honestly, I was going to cancel my order and go with TCP, but now I feel stuck.
Even if it's some weird miscommunication, it feels pretty sketchy, and I'll not be giving them any more of my business.

My partner will deal with it. All jokes aside, it feels like besides KOs, buying from US E-tailers is the best bet (minus BBTS and TF Source...) at this time. TF-Safari and AliExpress have been reliable though, if you don't mind paying extra for shipping.

 

I have and still do order mostly from @ShowZStore , but I will say I am not liking their after sales support lately. I have been going back and forth with them trying to use their after sales form. But there is no way to check the status on a request! or what requests are submitted. And the response time is several days or more than a week. Then when I think it is settle, I'm asked to transform the figure and take screenshots of the issue in robot mode as well! I still don't know if my parts are even ordered or anything yet. And I have at least 2 issues with them. But overall, the shipping is slow, but I don't fault them for that. They are really trying hard to give people the best options with shipping during this time. But I've switched most of my new pre-orders to TCP. I'll just pay a bit more there.

 

Yeah, I don't necessarily enjoy waiting 4+ weeks for shipping, but I understand the current situation.
I won't go into it here, since this isn't the place for it, but the after sales support I've gotten has been... Odd, and has just rubbed me the wrong way.
Besides that, I'm really glad folks are receiving their landbulls!
Very, very excited for Firmament, and hopefully a new reveal soon

 

I am curious if they have revealed the combined mode or the other 2 figures in this line? I saw the grey prototype pics for their Dive-bomb. I went through quite a few pages of this thread but haven't seen any other ones yet.

 

That's all we've got so far.
But with two members out already, and a plastic prototype already made for the third, I would sincerely hope we would at least see renders of headstrong in the next few weeks

I am absolutely certain TCP will take care of you. Fantastic folks there.
Ferocious is really good. Landbull is amazing.
Cang toy is my Newcomer of the year so far. The size , quality and value is amazing.
A close second is Civil Warrior.

 

basically they are telling you they'll send out replacement parts with your next order sent to you. they are not going to ship it themselves separately on their own and eat the cost of shipping. it sucks, but it is common practice for most Chinese e-retailers unfortunately.

 

I’m loving this guy! He is so much better than Ferocious, in robot mode. The diecast is nuts.
