That's so weird the baliff has a different beast head.

The executioner is missing, but I guess if anyone had to be missing from the set, it was him.

 

Kinda annoyed I'll have to double-dip on the Judge to get everything else (I much prefer the regular release colors) but everything else in this set is perfect. Always happy for more Sharkticons, the Bailiff looks AMAZING, and the other little dudes are a nice touch.

 

I'm almost tempted to get this just for the Sharkticon because I missed the TR release. Almost.

 

The part that sucks is that on the secondary market, the Bailiff alone will probably cost what the whole set costs.  



I think I just made myself sad.

It's a shame this is Pulse-exclusive, and on top of that, this pandemic has made shopping from the US Amazon page a dice roll.

HOPEFULLY Amazon Australia will get these, but my god this year has made it hard to collect toys... not that it's exactly the worst thing about COVID-19 of course, but it's still made things difficult nonetheless.

Do we know if this set was originally supposed to be a SDCC exclusive that was repurposed as a Hasbro Pulse exclusive, or no idea yet?

 

We don't know, but timing suggests SDCC. This set was originally rumored around the same time as Project Cruise and Future and being announced a week before CC@H

 

Hopefully they limit these to one per person so everyone has a chance to get them.

Seems like weird scaling. All figs should be deluxe sized, IMO. But at least we are getting some kind of Kranix figure at long last, even if it is a non-posable tiny thing!

I agree, but I'll be glad to have both. Throw 'em in with my Cyberverse Quintesson and I'll have a nice little troop. (I'll make the Cyberverse one the "deformed" one in my head canon.)

 

Does anyone remember the WFC-E vote?
Sharkticon was in that vote and we know that all of these were Deluxe slots so is it possible that Deluxe Sharkticon plans exist out there somewhere? Could there be a new mold Deluxe Sharkticon in the future? of course this would be SEPARATE from the SS86 Sharkticon, we've not seen any SS86 but its likely they would have a different aesthetic that is more in line with the cartoon and TFTM where as WFC takes liberties however visually they would like be compatible in terms of being able to be on a shelf together etc.

 

Some of them may be scaled based upon perspective and more importantly budgetary constraints as this pack at $69.99 is already very generous.

Hopefully down the line, we get separate Deluxe releases of Prosecutor, Executioner, Scientist and the others like the Red Wizard.
