TCP just put a reissue of Wreck Gar up for preorder. Same price as the others so I would guess other stores will have them shortly if they don't already. I've asked (no response yet, less than a minute since I posted it) if they know what style hands it will have.

@RyanCharlie I know you were asking about it in the other Junkion thread. (had to go look up who it was)

Keep us posted on what they say. I'm curious to know what differences, if any, there are over the first run.

TCP replied the reissue will have the "updated" hands.

I received a Crash Hog today, probably old version as it has articulation in the fingers. However, one of his nipples has broken off. Is glueing my best bet?

yes and this is the best glue known to man. Learn how to use that glue on other stuff first though. It's thin and runs off easily. If the goatee/mustache breaks I would use some good old Bob Smith industries on that shit too. Bob Smith industries. It works

The crash hog is 94 dollars and the reissue is 120? What's the difference then?

Is Crash hog definitely being reissued with this new batch of figures or is it existing stock from the last reissue? No preorders went up for him at ShowZ or TFS-Express?

I'm starting to think some may be leftover stock but then again I believe TFSource has preorders up which leads me to think there is a reissue is coming.

It sounds like a mix of both depending on the store. People who have gotten it recently have gotten him with the old style hands which would indicate old stock being used, but when TCP put up a new preorder a week ago I asked them if it would have the new less articulated hands and they said they would which indicates a new run.

Received my reissue from ToyDojo the other day. Bot mode is pretty fun. Haven't transformed him yet but I saw Paik4Life has a good review on how to get the handlebars cleared so I'll give it a shot.

I got mine today, and it iwas MISB.
The box is in very new condition. That said, it has the original articulated hands.

It is a really good figure all around. The plastic is quality, the paint and finish is spot on. I may use some shock oil on his hands and "ears" to keep friction down in those tiny ball joints. I also may tighten his 'Van Dammes' as they are a bit loose on my copy.

Maybe one of the 3D smiths around hear could make a replacement face with a sculpted in moustache and beard. More like the animated/or CHUGRUCW versions of Wreck-gar have.

Are the chest guns glued on everybody else's copy?

I really wish they weren't. It would make it a lot easier to store him without worrying about a break.

I think they're a molded part of the chest. It wasn't a glue seam as far as I could tell. I just got unlucky with shipping damage.

Paik's review from quite a while back showed that they were separate and removable parts.

I understand why they are glued in. I can only imagine the lost parts complaints KFC would have to field
