I am transforming my Ironshell into combined mode... But I can't pull out the leg's combiner posts... Can anyone tell me a good advise for pulling those out?  

 

Honestly, no. I have often resorted to screw drivers to get them out. If anyone has a good suggestion, I'm interested too.

I think I did loosen some screws when I first got it, but it only made them like 2% easier to move. (but i'll take it!)

 

Finally caved in and bought the Poseidon Noir set.... What can I say, I'm not disappointed! Thousandkills is pretty chill in his tree yoga pose!

I had my original color in monster mode displayed on a bookshelf. My wife was scared when dusting the bookshelf and "ASKED" me to transform it back to bot mode for display. He is just too ugly....................and awesome.

 

I'm constantly tempted to get these guys! I'm down for a BWII repaint, but for the these guys I wish an OS set was done, as I want them to be a bit bigger :/

Whoa you found it somewhere else than tf-robots.nl? I was looking all over the place for this set - sold out everywhere, from Taobao to AliExpress to every major/minor online tf shop... I mean the set could have used a little bit of paint for the eyes and some highlights, but nevertheless I love this set so much. Together with the MMC Nero Rex, the Generation Toy Black Judge and the GCreation Dark Shuraking it's my final jewel in my black/purple collection  

 

Friendly reminder, if anyone has a junker Deathclaw, or just hands for him, I'll gladly buy it

 

I'm interested in a lobster leg (or two) if that same hypothetical junker Deathclaw exists.  

 

Gawd - after safely ignoring this set for years I'm now getting tempted. I think I'm in for TFC's Satan so he needs a buddy.

Before i embark on 300 pages of thread is there anything vital I need to know? is there any difference with the reissued figures? Improvements etc?

No improvements as far as I can tell. It's a superb set, go for it.

 

Ugh... $600 for this set still? I loved this set, but after buying the first two CangToys figures, these TFC bots don’t feel like they’re worth $100 each. I would absolutely be in at $350, but $600 is insane.
I still miss this set, and wish I never had to sell it, but I’m out at that price.

How about don't compare with CangToys, but compare with FT's $200 Kup, then $600 for 6 figures that can combine is not such a bad idea.  

 

BigBite's belly-plates are very easy to have "totally mis-transformed yet still seem to be 99% right, but just won't snap into place". Check knee positioning. There's like 4 different ways that the fish-head/bot knees will "fit", but only one truly works. Also watch the dorsal fin, comes off/stress-marks easily, though I don't recall any truly breaking.

 

Nah, I owned all 6 at one point. They were nice, but $100 each is too much.
