Uhm, no, actually Long Haul is not ready to be shipped this Month. Even if DS says that.

The Release is set for September.
    Source: ShowZStore.
The Release Dates and Delays were always correct for every Figure up to now.

Maybe they mean: "will be produced now"
    That is something different.

Seems like Companies themselves still underestimate the Slow Production Speed of Factories and Slow Shipping Speed from Stored because of Virus.

Yeah, I am going to wait for a 3p company brave enough to give us proper scaled Devastator's components!

lol, yeah because ShowZ knows more than the actual company producing it. Release dates change all the time. Just because the first 2 were on schedule doesn't mean the rest will be.

You're gonna be waiting a looooong time then. Proper scale doesn't even really exist for one of the craziest movieverse designs ever. You literally can't even tell exactly how many individual components the actual CGI model has. Is it 8 bots? 10? Are they even individual robots? Where do the wrecking balls come from???

Fortunately I am one of those people who give more importance to alt mode scale so we have solid references for the constructicons at least!

I would love to see that to be true too and have a devvie where the alt modes are 1:32 at least., though scavanger's truck mode would be taller is standing in bot mode. Doubt any toy maker would make that given market size. I'd absolutely love to see that but doubt that'd ever happen. Personally having the design of treads in alt mode and giant wheels in bot mode felt like a huge middle finger to toy makers to begin with.....

Those wheels are made out of the Scavenger's treads, I think that at MPM scale, it could be done with linked tread segments without too much problems.

It is not about knowing more than the Company. It is more about
"being overconfident" and not knowing where the Limits of those Factories / Factory Workers are.

If you did not notice: we have already mid July my Friend, and i do not see any sign
    of Shipped Long Hauls :-(
If Long Haul would be already delivered to the Stores, there would be some Kind of Indication.

Just Deal with the Delays, and the Fact that Devil Saviour can not even estimate their own Shipping Delivery Plan.

    I keep hearing this
    "Scavenger will be Released now"
for Months now. Only to hear last Minute "Oh sorry, we changed our mind, we will remodel him"

It will be the same for Long Haul.
    We will get the Figures.
But you all should notice that Devil Saviour has a big....Error in Calculation concerning their own Release Dates.

hmmmm... but for the mechanism to be sturdy enough to hold up the whole thing would be challenging, no? a figure that size would be super heavy. I'd absolutely love to see it but don't see how.

maybe if I'm retired I'd actually attempt to do 3d print a custom figure like that hahah. so, never?

That's why the figure should be designed to accommodate a stand that plugs into the back, so all the wheel has to do it's touch a surface, the stand supports the weight.

knowing this fandom there would be screams and moans about a bad design, fragile, not able to stand up (despite the whole thing literally sits on a huge wheel). If the wheel doesn't roll for stability we'd get people saying it doesn't roll as rolling things should....

^--- my pessimistic self coming out

Personally I agree with you on that, I think that'd be a good enough solution, hell I'm good with requiring using the hands to touch / hold on the ground to hold the figure up since, you know... wheels for lower body :p

Most 3rd party Combiners I have seen has a box set down the line like a year or so once all the figures are release, though it may be a long wait for it depending on fast they these figures comes out.
