Can't begin to tell you how many Titan Masters I decapitated just like this. You'd think they'd come up with a supporting connection other than a tiny head?

 

Yep...Just tried to remove the head and the Titan master came alone, leaving it's head in the hole. Thankfully, I was able to fit the head back on again but removing the whole head is going to be a challenge. Shaving the tabs might be a good idea.

Good to know; watch for tightness, back off and shave it.

I can cut them some slack on their first time with the gimmick. Hopefully they correct it going forward.

 

did any of the review (pre-release) copies have the stuck head issue? I don't think i heard about it until just reading this thread. oh and yes i go the tcp email also!

 

Yes. Just make sure to hold the front and back of the head firmly, while pulling straight up (slowly).

I ordered two of these. I like having bot and alt displayed together. I usually use a G1 for alt, but I don't have the G1 and I don't see anyone else making a Minerva anytime soon. Also, that price was beautiful.

I am really happy with what FansHobby has been doing. Minerva was probably the toughest to tackle and they did a good job.

 

I cancelled my pre-order. I think this looks to be an awesome figure but I can’t collect Super God Masterforce too. Have to cut off somewhere.

 

I think the TCP email was a mistake. My friend got one too but she hadn't been invoiced.

 

It was NOT a mistake, We are expecting them today and will try to get everyone invoiced. Due to the large amount of items that came yesterday we are extremely overwhelmed currently, but working hard to get things moving!

Yes, I meant Headmaster. I did shave a portion of the tabs and now it works well. The head is holding firmly in place, it can rotate easily and can be taken it out without problem. Unfortunately, I scratched the back portion of the Headmaster's head while taking it out of the socket when it was stucked. The shaving also left a few marks. I was really bothered until I realised that in both modes, this won't be visible anyway so...I should stop be annoyed by those marks.

Even with this little problem and the few loose panels, I still really love this figure. I would go as far as to say that this is probably one of my favorite figure this year, on par with Earthrise Sky Lynx.

 

I got my invoice from TCP earlier this afternoon. Waiting on Diaclone DA-51 to arrive before I ship my stuff out.

Does anyone have a shipping estimate on TCP shipping to US? I dont want to have to make a entire account just to check.
