With the issues that have plagued the recent officials, I'd be more concerned about the TT QC than looks right now.

 

Hehe! I'm afraid thats where we differ, I could go either way with chrome vs white (still lean towards chrome) but I need my TB to be black as a coal miner. The grey doesn't work me.
Heres hoping that FT meets both our expectations! This has got be my longest standing pre-order! lol

 

Yours and mine both. I'm sure FT will get the color right on this first go round....unlike Quietus.

 

I lean more towards the chrome, but I got the V2 reluctantly and I gotta say, I actually think he looks great in grey.

When I watch the toon, things I thought seemed black, start to look grey next to other things. For example, Jazz's darks are darker than Trailbreakers, meaning if Jazz is black, Trailbreaker ia supposed to be grey.

Bothers me with Thundercrackers forearms and hands because they're lighter than his head.

Not saying everyone is going for toon accuracy mind you, was just something that I noticed myself recently when I was getting frustrated with some of the more toon focused choices.

I think he pops more in grey, but I def would have liked chrome.

Considering they are in a redesign with him it won't be until next year or later.

Damn the proportions look so much better now skirts,chest,head,arms, alt mode everything.

Well well... When I clicked on this post, I expected to see nothing more than the usual ramblings, we’ve endured over the last few years. What a delightful treat indeed!

He certainly looks the part, as you’d expect. Nice profile, proportion wise. 2028 should be a good year!

 

Gotta say I like the look of this. Need a height comparison to MP Optimus or the IronHide/Ratchet.
