for me it's a yes, mostly bcuz i don't adhere to them having to be the 80s toon or renegades, gvc, vvv, or any other incarnation bcuz i've liked all of those, plus the way they're selling currently, everybody will eventually get the ver they want. I'm not a completetist in any of my collection, i very much pick and choose, so the ones from this line that i want, are fine with me and i'll buy every ver. of the characters i want
I am not actually concerned cause I know where toylines go and this is inevitably go to lean towards classics style. “It’s like deja vu all over again....”
you know y'all having been giving RB 7734 about his weapon but and it could just be me being in the army, but damn what in the "PX ranger" (army derogatory term we use to describe some non-sense and bs with people having on ******ed gear) is going on with Duke's weapon. He's got an ACOG and EOTech on his weapon at the same time, i get it's a toy, but that right there is when we start calling people "Turbo" and "Highspeed" smdh, you don't put 2 scopes on your weapon.....i just.....i can't.....y'all leave RB and his electric rail gun alone, he's following his leadership's example
Huh, well now I want to know what this is going to be and hopefully, it gets revealed before the mainline Cobra Commander gets released. Because if this ends up being an armored CC homage I'm all over it.
Hoping for a cloth cape, stand or throne room chair. Swappable battle helmet and hood, the classic battle helmet which doesn’t angle towards the front, a Cobra staff, 1990 swappable battle mask and an ARAH body. It seems more like the designers started with ARAH then added whatever would stick out visually in a video game aimed at the Fortnite audience. Remains to be seen if this approach resonates with newer fans but I would’ve preferred starting with ARAH since the game isn’t even out yet(if the designs indeed, are the same to be used in the game).
i haven't see one of those since basic training, and individual advance training, the good old m16a1 rifle i miss those kinda sorta
I'm thinking a classified multi-pack of iconic vehicles. If the Retro line is a success, I can only see one Haslab idea for it... Remake the Flag.
People where bitching about where to put Unicron and the new Sentinel, a double sized Flagg would be 15 feet long, 5 feet tall, and 6 feet wide. shipping alone would be over a hundred dollars and you’re gonna have to display it in a (wide) hall or big dining room.
What if the Cobra Commander deluxe figure is version 4? With a giant ass foam rocket and launcher Haha
I think a Flagg would be a home run in ARAH scale. Not sure if they’d go there in the first year back into the line though. I think the next HasLab is going back to SW (my prediction is a new Imperial Shuttle). The problem with HasLab is scale and storage. I live in CA and my collection is confined to a small corner of the garage. As much as I’d love a Sail Barge or a Flagg I don’t have any room for it. But if I did have space I would go nuts for a new Flagg. I would want them to make it compatible with ARAH and modern 25th though.
Looking at that page there’s a hashtag for walmartcollectables. We should get a mass tagging campaign going showing pics of how badly damaged “Walmart Collectables” have been arriving. Kind of funny they’re trying to have their own Collector con. Target has embraced Target Con except theirs is only Funko Pops.
I would replace my dining table if it meant getting this version of the U.S.S. Flagg. I could eat off of and have some fun with that.
Dining Table? I'll replace my closet, put my shirts on the deck, pants in the haul, and still have enough room to have a 3-course meal with friends and family.
no way we'd get a 6in scale USS Flag, i'll eat all the crow if they're crazy enough to do it but who could afford it, as much as i like GIJoe something of that size would def be out of my price range to logics value. Example Unicron was just shy of $700 but the value it will bring my collection was priceless for me. Example my pool table was $2500 and prob the most expensive thing i've ever bought myself outside of a car but my family isn't constantly shooting and playing pool with a running tally of who has the yearly best record. USS Flag of that size with no room in my house, def wouldn't fit in my man cave with the rest of my collectibles and therefore regardless of how "reasonably" priced they make it, it's outside my price range in the conceivable logistics of it all, surely Hasbro knows this and would therefore do a USS Flag in the 3-3/4 scale, that could be the whole reason for them to bring back the classic joes
