I got no problems there, I spoil the crap out of my kids and spend all the time I can with them.. Now them being completely interested in my Transformers hobby I can't promise because they are all off in there own worlds most of the time!!

I’m 46 and my son is 8. We share a love of Transformers. The Siege and Earthrise stuff I buy is mostly for him, while I enjoy various Masterpieces and Diaclone, and other stuff. It’s all good.

For those having difficulty getting leg tabs to work in bird mode:

The inner knee tabs are wonky and difficult to get into place. They have to go completely in the inner knee joint to work, otherwise, the side leg tabs would be under a lot of stress when trying to tab them in. I didn't do that for the above picture and figured it out after trying to get back into robot mode. The legs are not sliding type but that's how you have to treat them in order to get the internal tabs all the way in.

 

LOL! Yeah, I have been on here since the Unicron Trilogy and I was grown up then! As I said in one of my videos, I am even at the point where I am not even embarrassed by it anymore, especially after seeing other people's hobbies. Even though I just turned 39, I know a lot of folks int he fandom that are pushing 50!

They definitely grow up fast, but she loves her Transformers, so I don't think I will have to worry about it for a few years. She has a tub of some very nice TFs that has been hers for a while now. Noteworthy toys, Megastorm, G2 Megatron, G1 Overlord, G1 Trypticon, BW2 God Neptune, G1 Sixshot, G1 Abominus, and most of the War For/Fall Of Cybertron video game toys.

If she ever does grow out of them, she has two younger sisters I can teach in the ways of Primus!

 

42 years old and still have most of my childhood collection. Got plenty of adult collectors around here.

For Earthrise Smokescreen I really believe Toyhax is going to fix this thing! If Toyhax goes after the wheels it's game over! We will definitely have a winner!

 

my wife and I are expecting our first (a girl) at the end of September. The transformer room is becoming the nursery (best reason to redecorate), ha, and this gives me bit of hope that she might indulge her fathers toy habits for a least a few years

Keep that hope! I have had to move my office into every room in the house since she was born. My first office became her room, then my second office became her sister's room, and now I am in a tiny front room of the house. Still, I definitely agree with you, the best reason to move the office!
