Great news to hear.  These will be clogging the store shelves like the other thousands already out there.  

 

I'm still confused as to why and how these things got so popular.

 

Of all the characters that should have Funko Pops, i always wondered why transformers was so late to the party. The ones that they made for AOE were hideous with those m&m pop eyes ruining the aesthetic, but pops have become more personalized in design now over the years. Id get a Shockwave or Soundwave if they look good enough, but other than that idk.

 

Transformers Funko pops. But do they transform tho?

All jokes aside I have been hardcore fiending for a chibi style Optimus Prime that does ever since I got my hands on this tiny Magnus.

 

5 bucks there's a Chase Soundblaster or a retailer exclusive one if they go the G1 route.

What happens to unsold toys?

 

My wife and I own 2900 Pops.

 

I'm both impressed and mortified. If I don't think I've ever owned that many of anything.

 

That's probably worth more money than me.

 

I hate Funko Pops with a bleeding purple passion. They ruin everything they touch and they are ugly as hell.

 

I don't know how I feel. They have to be kind of cool if someone likes them enough to collect 2900 of them.

 

Or funko pops ate their brains along with their wallets. They're hapless minions now.  

 

Still struggling to think of anything I collected that came close. As a kid I loved me some Pokemon, but I don't even think I broke the 500 mark and those were compact and easy to store.

 

I have 2 collections with 100+ figures in it.
