Looked really great with Magnus, hot rod, etc... but that transformation was rough

According to this, bull is not painted this is unfortunate and a big mistake from company's part, it makes them look like they tricked people getting into this set by making the first figure like a "high end collectible" and now they drop standards for more profit, a pity for all us who preordered this
ill definitely wont pre-order the rest of them

 

I'm not sure what you mean, Landbull looks covered in paint apps and tampos.

 

Wait what? I have their rampage in hand and he's mostly fancy plastics with silver paint apps, same as tantrum here.

 

Yeah, I've seen nothing to indicate a dip in quality.

 

Koots easy! Once you figure out the slider and especially when to use it, you wont get fumblethumbed like most youtube reviewers!
Even the clearances are no problem anymore!

 

That guy is wrong. There are multiple points in HIS OWN VIDEO where you can clearly see the contrast between the painted red and the deeper grooves or back areas the paint doesn't cover, including THE EXACT MOMENT when he says the red isn't painted and you can clearly see the gap in the middle of the red is slightly darker and less shiny, exactly like the back side of the red pieces on rampage.

 

I though about that too tbh, but then again "he" has it in hand so....

I was tempted by Ferocious because of the amazing alt mode, but the robot mode was only ok, so I have hesitated so far. But Landfill really appeals to me in both modes, so I might not be able to resist. Fortunately, I’m not a completionist, so I won’t fret if I never do decide to pull the trigger on Ferocious.

 

Ok, I'm finally breaking down and buying in so is there any stores I should stay away from shipping wise due to the pandemic? I live in Chicago i was planning to use RK since they have CT 01 in stock but I'm not looking to wait a month not saying that would be the case btw. So I'd pay more for a guaranteed some what timely fashion just have no idea who to choose store wise? Thanks please excuse my newbie question.

 

I went with the chosen prime this time around. They are based in the states, so there - shouldn't - be any major delay once shipped from them.
