I actually think they’ve got more evil characters compared to good ones, haven’t seen that for a while.

one thing to remember about this Windblade situation is that sexy robot girls isn't a new thing especially in Japan. Japan has been doing sexy robot girls for a long time. one of the oldest examples I can think of is Cutie Honey. Honey is constantly getting naked even during combat but that doesn't demean her or change how badass she is. women can be both sexy and badass and there's nothing wrong with that. I'm all for more sexy badass Transformers like Windblade.

 

Easily gonna pick up the Rodimus and Windblade without hesistation, haha.

 

I really want to build something, but don't have much choice. Has anyone built Furai Drift? Is it worth the price tag compared to the other Furai models (Drift is about twice the price of Attack mode Prime in the UK)?

 

Oh yeah the rodimus, keen to see more of him. Although I’m sure they need to release Megatron and Star Saber first... and the Tarn reissue... and tell us what’s going on with Victory Leo

Yes. For me, I'm paying for the fun of building and the final look. This guy takes a little longer than other kits and also has great presence. I had no problem justifying the extra cost.

 

Yeah, I'm itching to build a tf. How is the quality? I've never been a huge drift fan, but I still haven't heard when that red bee is dropping.

this might come as a surprise to you but the same mechanical designers work on both Gundam and Transformers.

 

There's not that much crossover.

But Kunio Okawara, the grand-daddy of Gundam, did have a hand in creating the original Star Saber. So that's why he's fairly Gundam-y.

Unrelated to this one but they need to release a Kuro Kara Kuri MTMTE Megs. Built the kit with son the other day and the end result is so cool. Spot on Milne with a ton of presence even in unpainted plastic, I can only imagine how good he’d look given the luxury treatment.

 

Because this is a hostile take over!

This should be a general release, why limit a repaint like this to only 800 pieces. I want one for myself.m, but will now have to try and win a spot to buy one over the scammers thatvwill buy and try to resell for $1,600 more.
