I'm so tired of robot arms just hanging off the sides of the jet....

Hey now. Fake grills (and often windows) are basically Prime's signature.

Starscream suffered faux cockpits in his various incarnations for YEARS.

The transformation is probably the most satisfying transformation I’ve ever seen in a figure. The way the legs fold out and the chest is formed are super cool. And the figure has an articulated hand. Between SS Blitzwing and Earthrise Prime having articulated hands, I see no reason why such a thing can’t become common in voyager and leader class figures.

The jet mode definitely does leave a lot to be desired, but if it results in better executed Tetrajet figures, then I’m okay with it.

*groan* they did a little parts forming so they didn't have to make a giant awkward armature to hang the back piece off. It's not the end of the world, and it's certainly better the g1 partsforming, where robot parts like hands had literally no where to go on the alt mode.

And besides, there's been a once-unthinkable trend pop up recently of non transforming toys. so it's a little rich to complain about some minor partsforming.

That\'s most likely what\'s gna happen...wished they used the same transformation like jet shatter...Dinobot SnarlJuly 8th 2020, 10:48 pm Also they couldnt make made up jet a little sleeker. It looks like a jet on top and random pieces of a jet on the bottom….the arms aren\'t even hidden at all and the feet are on the side of the tail.Wait….could it be, that it looks so bad because its intended to be remolded into the Cybertronian Seeker design????View attachment 28693603 View attachment 28693604 View attachment 28693605 View attachment 28693606

I just wish they had the licensing for the F4. Gonna get this guy though and hopefully one day a masterpiece that is correct.

    Hey you brought it up.

Yeah, it brings down the value of the review when we don't even know if they've got the whole thing.

I just noticed, in the review he looks he\'s missing the tanks that should be under the wings that were shown in the promo shots and in the reveal.

Aside from the toys and the Movie’s credits, this guy still hasn’t been named “Blitzwing.” I’m still just foolishly holding out hope that some day a proper live-action version of Blitzwing may get a role.

Remember when people were saying the figure was going to be a massive disappointment because of the prototype's unpainted head?

    Gotta love the fandom.

The screen accuracy's always been there to me in the sculpt (sans jet mode) and so he was an insta-buy...but thank goodness his helmet is painted. Would've preferred the F4, but I honestly think the grey fade on the jet looks neat.

He looks really good, he\'ll be retooled for the TetraJets from Cybertron. Who knows...we might see a Starscream repaint.

I mean on screen, by another character. Nothing in the movie itself called him Blitzwing. If Brawl was able to call himself Devastator in the 2007 movie, and we still were able to get a Devastator in 2009, then I’m just saying maybe we could get a real Blitzwing in the future.

I was hoping the BB movie would change the direction of the franchise and not kill off characters like the bayverse did but sadly that wasn\'t the case. I believe 4 bots at least died in this film which is so stupid.
whats this have to do with the toy not a damn thing.
it does however make me not really feel great about a beast wars movie. I don\'t want to see my version of g1 characters die.

Looks cool, still dont understand why an F4 was chosen over an F15 for alt mode?

Also really sick of faux parts like the cockpit....

Wish we can just get quality TFs instead of watered down designs meant for MPs only....

    Dam u marketing!

Getting this to be my Starscream to go along with the TRU Studio Series Thundercracker. Now I just need a black and purple studio series jet to be a Skywarp!

This is almost hilariously lazily done. Holy shit, the arms just hang out like that. And it's not even a fucking triple changer? Did the guy who designed the new Apeface make this?

It would be nice if they stopped using jet mode wings as just places to hide robot mode pieces. Wings aren't really wings (especially in alt modes made to resemble real human vehicles) if they don't actually resemble wings. It's like having robot mode limbs sticking out of car wheels that make the wheel an elipse instead of a perfect circle.
