TT is an actual company, ran by shareholders and compliant to federal/regulatory laws. They pay benefits and other things to their employees. They also have a lot of other lines to work on, not just TF's. I know you know that but sometimes it its something we tend to overlook. Most of these guys must have designs for other MP's already, that will never be teased to us unless they get an official green light of some sort. Not just because "X" company is working on it so we must shit on their parade.

FT does nothing but unofficial "MP" TF's. They don't answer to anyone. They don't need licensing. They do literally what they want.

It sort of surprises me that some fans are surprised at their "1 figure per month" release schedule as if it was some sort of achievement. I'm sure the likes of TT/Bandai/etc release a bunch of them on a weekly basis, just not all TF's.

This one was rumored for years in the planning stages and initially seemed to fade away until I heard something years later from another different source who definitely would know(as would the 1st but their intel was in different stages of development).

When we see it, I doubt it’ll just be a silhouette since it seemingly will have been ready for a long time.

Best Guess something started under Hasui,backburnered in the change with Kobayashi? If thats the case it would be something we would reasonably expect at that time was possible and likely. I would think something like Blaster or Huffer. We saw the inital plans for Huffer with MP10 and Im pretty sure I heard that somewhere Blaster was supposed to be a thing after Soundwave

 

I'm going to throw my money on Galvatron then. He was rumored for a long time, looking back now I would say close to 8 or 9 years. Since the first Speculation thread as I recall it was about the time I joined, and he was rumored to being close to completion. He was more favored at the time than a Megatron V2 at the time which I thought was strange because Optimus V2 had just been announced. Then he just never materialized. I really hope I am right here, especially with Starscream he would be a perfect way to introduce him.

 

You guys already know I can’t say much. None of you guessed who it is though.

1st instance I heard of it was prior to the design shift, last I heard was more recently and well after the design shift.

 

I’m betting on Blaster. He was heavily speculated for a while after that set of cassettes came out, and it makes sense to offer an autobot after Starscream. Make what you will of my rationale for it, but that’s my guess. Of course, I just dipped into 3P with the FT Brawn so it will probably be Brawn. Haha

 

Trailbreaker/Hoist or Mirage.

 

I’m just gonna say it because every time there’s a rumor, his name comes up ... Jazz. Might be wishful thinking on my part, but at this point TT knows he has to be perfect. He’s like the unicorn that keeps getting away. And with all the little design shifts over the years, it makes sense why he’d keep getting pushed out, further cementing his unicorn status.

 

If its not Galvatron than I would say it is Jazz or Blaster. Both were rumored by an insider as having been designed and both were scrapped. I believe Blaster was designed along side Soundwave. Jazz was designed the same time around Tracks but was redesigned after the change of direction in the line. Probally Blaster to go along side Soundwave 2.0.
