Hopefully your contact his better than mine, after about 4 days they hadn't replied to my email on their site, so I messaged them on Facebook, about 2 days later they finally responded there. Still waiting to hear back when they ship the replacement parts. Definitely not my usual experience with them.

Yeah, hoping I just caught them at an off time. I usually hear back from my initial post within 12 hours at the most, but nearly a week total was a bit worrisome. As far as part acquisitions, that comes down to the manufacturer. Sometimes it's a few days, but in some cases it's been a few months.

 

After 2 months of waiting, my Optimus Prime came today from wolvesbabies on eBay. Sadly the box look it has been thrown around but thankfully the figure seems to be ok.

I've noticed that there is a seller called hzj401 and is considered one of most trustworthy.
I've read on his auctions that he ships the toy without box,does he uses at least always another package instead of bubblewrap envelope ,or just for bigger shippings?

 

Just FYI he might be trustworthy but I had a rough time with him. He shipped a large package from him on 2/20. As of April it had never left China so I asked for a refund. He gave me a big runaround and lied to me about giving partial refund immediately if I canceled my PayPal dispute and would refund full amount if it didn’t arrive in two weeks after. Well he never did that and since I canceled my PayPal dispute I couldn’t dispute again.

My fault for trusting him and I shouldn’t have canceled the dispute but he was a pain to deal with. It’s July and I still haven’t received my package so I ended up having to file a credit card dispute.

 

So, the USPS, not to be outdone by the slowdowns of shipments out of China had received my MMC Helex in San Francisco ISC on the 29th, and 5 days later, have moved my shipment all the way to... San Jose.... 50 miles in 5 days. Probably not gonna travel another 2,000 miles for the expected delivery on Monday. It continues to amaze me how much better Chinese couriers have gotten at getting packages all the way to the US from all over China than the USPS has gotten at getting packages delivered entirely within the US.

 

I ordered Fanstoys Iceman on May 18 from them and still haven't received it. They sent me email today saying that it should arrive between July 20-30. That is utterly ridiculous. Whether it actually shows up or not, I'm done doing business with them. I have ordered numerous figures from China, including during the pandemic, and it's never taken longer than four weeks to arrive.

 

I've got one sitting in SF since the 30. Mine hasn't moved at yet. I agree, I've been shocked out how fast things are hitting "ports" in the US now from China, and then just sitting there...and sitting there.

 

Did you get a final result on this?

 

Megatron came in today and again, like the others, looks like it was opened for inspection and then closed again. Tip top shape. mascotzone is 3 for 3 (with one purchase sent as two packages, so really 4 for 4).

Never used them, and based on their ridiculously high pricing on many of the TF items they offer, I could see why not many others have either. Also looks like they've done almost no sales in the last year. Don't know how much of their current pricing is set to account for recent shipping fee increases, but the listings I'm looking at from them all seem like the pricing of someone who doesn't really want to get rid of the items but will if someone pays 2-3x what they go for?

 

Was through the store, I got a hold of him via email eventually, says he's contacting manufacturer to see if he can get spare part for me.

 

So ordered a ko hot rod from ty_dynng-8 on the 26th June according to the notification I just got it's been delivered today 7th July will post update after I get in from work and inspect it but mainly wondering how I can get this free delivery in such a short time and showzstore can't get my orders to me at all after two months?
