Just gonna say it. If they don't use the Moonracer mold, WITH a combiner port, for the Part 3/Netflix Elita-One, it will be a HUGE missed opportunity.

Elita Infinite with EVERY part made from Elita Ones. Just imagine.

I could see Studio Series absorbing everything at least temporarily after WFC3.

Instead of racing out another trilogy, maybe a year more like Marvel Legends' theme waves where 80% of a wave is from a particular source and there are more like 10 waves a year but with a little mingling.

So you'd have maybe 4 SS: Movie, 4 SS: G1, 4 SS: Beast Wars but random Unicron Trilogy, video game, Animated, and Prime figures thrown in 1-2 per wave.

 

I doubt he’s coming until WfC:III at the earliest

I'd think the Netflix line would beg to differ but I could be wrong.

 

We can’t tell for sure yet, but we can make an educated guess on which characters are in what wave based on their Hasbro product numbers.

In the case of the Netflix figures it’s looking like....

Wave 2 Deluxes:
F0702 Bumblebee
F0703 Elita-1
F0704 Wheeljack
F0705 Red Alert
F0706 Impactor

Wave 3 Deluxes:
F0985 Deepcover
F0986 Barricade
F0987 Cheetor
F0988 Quintesson

That doesn’t mean Cheetor isn’t apart of Earthrise though. We probably won’t see any WFC part 3 molds in the Netflix line till wave 4.


On the topic of Elita-1 though, I don’t think she’s going to be released in the mainline. The Netflix line seems like it’s shooting for at least 1 Exclusive Character in each wave that won’t be released anywhere else in the trilogy and I think Elita is going to be that figure for wave 2.

But this is all speculation of course.

 

I think, if I recall the wave breakdowns correctly, Elita-1 and Bumblebee are in the 2nd wave of Netflix releases and that we wouldn’t see the Netflix Cheetor until the ‘3rd’ wave of Netflix redecos, which would coincide with WfC:III.

All to say, I didn’t forget Cheetor.
