Reviews should be coming in soon. Places like Robotkingdom got their stock in. I had my orders through BBTS, so may take a little while.

Please PE, I'm on my hands and knees with tears in my eyes begging you, just release the Jetforce trailer in Nemesis colors already.

Good lord, the shoulder joints on Dark Warrior are loud and tight. Can't seem to unscrew the chest, either. Unsure what's got that stuck. Can't help but feel the shoulders are overcompensating for the Jetpower Revive armor, haha

Managed to get that blasted screw undone. Had to wrap a towel around my screwdriver to avoid peeling off my skin, jeez. Shoulders are much less terrifying now. Might be worth tightening the wrist pegs a smidge, as they seem like they can be a bit prone to popping out when moving the arms, but it IS a pretty fun lil' mold. If PE is keen on releasing a standalone trailer, I'd be game for it.

Here are various impressions. If you like PC-16 and want to have a figure with both G1 and Bayverse aesthetics, then these are the figures for you. Have PC-16 Jinrai Prime for comparison (original version of the mold).

    PE-DX11, PE-DX11B, PC-16, Ginrai cab
    dx11.jpg

    Pros:
Both figures look very nice in person and have a good variety of plastic colors and paint apps.

3 weapons are included for each figure (PC-16 just had one).

The head mold is much better and reminds me of Classics / Henkei OP. Hands now have limited posing (similar to ER OP).

Ion Blaster is now blast effects compatible.

For those who like ab crunching, there's now an additional joint for, um, backwards crunching.

Reworked cab, since not meant for God Ginrai, allowing for a slimmer backpack.

    The figures feel solid.

    Cons:
The figures still carry the same major flaws from PC-16: clunky shoulders (seems both better and worse in certain aspects...if that makes any sense), dual cab fronts, and no heel supports resulting in figures that want to topple over backwards (need to lean them a little forward).

The shoulders are now on tight ratchets. This makes posing even worse than PC-16 for the upper arms, however, it does allow him to pose with the large blade sword.

The hands are still removable, but unlike PC-16, does not come with extra hands to swap...doesn't make sense anymore.

The head is positioned on the neck too high. Too much of the neck ball joint is exposed.

The smoke stacks are still wonky but in a different way now. The tips come off fairly easily (possibly from too much paint).

The leg panels don't plug into the thighs well in alt mode, which leaves almost no clearance for the wheels.

The Ion Blasters look worse. On one hand, it's good they are blast effects compatible, but on the other hand, just looks odd with the new tapered barrel. They could've just left it alone and just had a simple 5mm port.

The joints are extremely tight, including the redeco of the PE large blade swords. I felt like I was going to break the figures during transformations. Ironically, the instructions warn of tight joints for the ab crunches, but that was the only one that worked normal. Posing is very much a mixed bag. The thumb is NOT posable, which may be confusing with the way they're molded. Unpegging the cab from alt mode to transform into bot mode backpack was extremely annoying due to the tight joints.

No way to store all the various accessories in either mode, even the Ion Blaster in alt mode trailer port.

    Meh:
The Bayverse style chest has no transformation itself.

Transformation is more complicated than PC-16.

Posing is a mixed bag due to the extremely tight joints and lack of heel support.

    Cons for some:
This is NOT a replacement for PC-16's intended use. Cannot form God Ginrai (no giant head nor method for installing or all the connectors needed), no Powermaster panel, no replacement chest panel, and cannot carry the Ginrai trailer.

The robot kibble on the legs near the trailer port prevent various trailers from attaching to the trailer port flush. I have one 3rd party trailer that can fit but needs a mod to work (and wouldn't match Nemesis deco).

    Overall:
Despite various annoyances, I do like these figures enough to warrant a recommendation. More retooling needed to be done to get rid of the PC-16 flaws.

    Edit:
There's also these tabs on top of the cab that are becoming an eyesore. These are used in bot mode to stabilize the hip for serious ab crunching action...which was totally not needed.

I remember reading in other threads people actually suggesting these figures for missing Siege / ER OP and NP....um, no. These figures are not even close to matching the quality of the Siege / ER OP molds. They're just different, which is fine.

After having the figures for almost a week, I think I finally did the alt mode transformations properly for the first time. The rear leg panels seemingly do not want to plug in. The wheels barely have any clearance, so the panels will then touch the ground and scrape against it.

The paint job was fairly heavy. Rather than scrape a bunch of stuff out, like an idiot I just forced the tabs in there (...well, a LOT of force) and, holy crap, they finally went in. Now have about 1mm of clearance for the wheels.
    under.jpg

Have several 3p trailers. A lot of them will not work as they don't have the proper clearance for the alt mode legs...at least not without some low skill modding. I had already modded some trailers to work with Siege / ER OP molds. They still need further modding to work with the PE figures properly.

...and yes, the 'teal' on the Nemesis figure does not match Takara's teal (or most other 3p teal colors). It's too blue.

BTS-01 trailer on left, MP10V trailer on right. Both need a little further modding for the leveler to measure straight. BTS needs an extra spacer between the Roller wheels and trailer along with a custom peg. MP10V (needs a minor destructive mod to create a new port near the very front of the trailer underside) needs a little bit longer custom peg.

Dragga, which screw did you loosen. My shoulders are so tight that I need some way to loosen them up. Can't figure out where to stick the screwdriver (no jokes!)

It's in front of the shoulder on each side. You can see it visible in the post right above mine.

One issue I've also noticed is extremely floppy wrists on my Dark Warrior, and I have no idea on how I can tighten those up. Might just glob some polish in there and see if that is dramatic enough to friction 'em up.
