Chosen Prime. There was an odd day where a bunch of sites got him in and it was sort of a "you had to be there" flash sale. Hasbro hasn't even announced this or exhaust yet, so hopefully this will eventually make it's way to Amazon, BBTS and/or Pulse and it will be available in greater quantities.

 

So the only thing I don't care for with Greasepit is his "gaspump hand." So I decided to reconfigure. I put this gas pump with the small gun to create a flame thrower, (inspired by an photo earlier on this thread,) and gave him a flame cannon on his right hand. I like how this turned out:

 

Yeah, I think I am done with Mega...they are too slow to ship and questionable practices.

 

I also am on the Megatrain, and urgh, this sucks. Fucking Mega. I swear to god, if they don't deliver...

Considering these havent even been officially revealed yet, I'm not surprised they're having supply issues. Ironically, people who paid to get theirs early might get it at the same time as the official release.

 

I love these guys!! I hope we get Mudslinger and Tailwind soon so we can have the Micromasters Greasepit and Hot House. I also hope we get 3P accessories like we did with Ironworks. Maybe the other Gas Station sign, quad lasers, and missile..

 

Sure looks like they did. They billed my card (and everyone else’s, most likely) on Friday...yet they still have no stock? That was my last order with MegaLIEpolis toys unless they have a darned good reason.

 

Did Hasbro ever officially announce these guys? I must have missed it.

 

Nope, most think they were meant to be sold at SDCC but Hasbro haven't said anything about them yet.

Reading through the about megalopolis thread over the past year really soured me on them. Mind you I've only ordered once from them and didn't even have an issue but just seeing the shit some people went through dealing with them makes my blood boil. Seems like taking on more pre-orders than they have stock of (which they don't even physically have yet) is par for the course. I'd definitely email them about your order until they offer a solution because sitting quietly and hoping they remember you hasn't been fruitful for a lot of people.

 

Same thoughts here. Too many questionable actions in their past for me to place an order with Megalopolis. Sorry for to those going through the current nonsense.

 

Wow, I was completely unaware of the Megaopolis shenanigans. I only used them once a year ago for SS Ironhide, and they came through fine.

I too purchased GP on last week with anticipation of a Friday shipping date; I was charged, and it's been quiet since.

I sent them an email last night asking what's what, we'll see what happens.

 

If any recent toys were ment for SDCC it's numbered Gigawatt and albino The Burt.

 

I think the suspicion was that Exhaust and Greasepit would debut at SDCC, but not be exclusives, like MP Soundwave a number of years back, you could buy him at the Entertainment Earth booth.

 

Or like Galactic Man and Lancer just last year - Selects figures that were revealed at SDCC and immediately available at the EE booth and to order online.

 

Then they were on Pulse the next week.

I'm one the the fools that ordered from Megaopilus (SP), I've had good experience with them before but that was years ago and just the once. I'm not concerned about not getting them, I just wanted them early.

 

If I don't get a reply from them by the time I get off work I'll be calling them
