I am going to try and sell my Kultur at cost + shipping. He looks outdated now, and I have Flame Toys Tarn on preorder.

I could see an accessory set. Of course it would have to be worth it. So they could also include set peices to actually make it fundable. A few effect peices may help, or create group accessorie packs. Like one djd pack, one protectobot pack, and a combaticon expression hands pack and so on and so forth

It comes down to cost management at the end of the day and whether or not additional things are worthwhile pursuits.

MMC has sold small simple things in the past or included them with other toys. Kultur got a second head and it came with Tyran because theoretically a lot of people who had Kultur would want Tyran too. Similarly those with Tyran wanting new Jaguar and getting the new starfish head etc. Faces, guns, accessories and the like are the sorts of stuff pretty much mmc can only ever include with a regular toys release as a bonus these days.

With the Bruticus set the reason that worked is because its a fairly extensive number of large pieces with a high degree of displayability value so you can package all that as one product and sell it for a certain amount within reason that would appeal to the market more easily.

Aka addons for the DJD at this point aren't possible inclusions with Tor I don't think, not without delaying him. But could be for some other future release in the Reform line that IDW fans would potentially want. I personally think if we did the Scavengers they'd be the best choice for some more djd parts so we'll see.

I can see MMC Nickel is bigger than legends class. Great. I still find the character an unnecessary addition to DJD, but to each his own.

Another absolute amazing release, Mors is pretty solid figure with nice transformations.

I may be in the minority here, but I would pay good money for a proper canon for Megs, a more accurate Tarn face, some alternate DJD heads, and some random MTMTE/LL accessories.

Right, right. Not a surprise at all that cost and demand would be the main factor. It's basic economics after all.

Same with Bruticus, right on the money, since there was another style that could be covered with just some turns of a screwdriver and the click of some plastic parts. I mainly meant as it's own set over, say, shoving them all with Tes as you mentioned, just in case of a lack of clarity earlier, my apologies if such.

Dude, Krok, Spinister and Fulcrum. Those three gotta be first, haha. Adding in parts alongside them imo is a GENIUS move.

But as with most things in the hobby, only time will tell...

So it's been two months and he still hasn't hit stateside. Is there a chance Mors will ultimately come out around September? Because that's when Cynicus/Not-Vors is due to have his (hopefully improved and less-breakage-prone) reissue come out.

And also Tortor is slated for a September release but all things considered I'd be shocked if Tortor even sees a 2020 release.

A better Tarn head and a better tarn cannon piece please. The arm cannon base piece is the biggest sorespot for me. Its too big, blocks articulation, spaces the arm cannons too far apart, and doesn't even hold them in the proper orientation. Its so unwieldy in any sort of pointing pose.

Don't have the link handy but I know somebody developed a cannon mount piece on shapeways that fixes all those problems.

It's a been a few weeks, and I am only more impressed by MMC Mors. It's truly one of the best transformer designs I ever came across. It would be very easy to mess up a design like this, but the MMC team truly nailed it. And it looks great next to Tarn. Can't wait for at least the reissues of Vos and Anarchus to come out.

It has not been two months. It's almost one month. Let's not go overboard. He's only released like 3 weeks ago.

Might be thinking of his original release date being back in May. My bad.

MMC's release dates are unreliable. But hei, I am impatient too, TCP says that this guy will reach their store by July 20th. That's only two weeks from now, so hang in there.

Wait, you heard that from TCP themselves? I never got anything from them about an ETA on Helex.

I was just going off the date they had in the product page. 20-Jul. Anyway, last time around, they received their R-32 Reedited around a month after PSX, so sounds about right.

Oh yeah, right. I think the "20" signifies the year though, you might have that mixed up.

You might be right. Either way I think expecting this guy to come in this month is very realistic.

TFSource has the "arriving soon" tag on him which usually means within a week and a half.
