Just watched ‘350 days’ on Prime - if you’re a wrestle head and haven’t seen it, recommended, a bit like a brighter dark side of the ring @bcm77 .

And weirdly, old Wendi Richter looks a helluva lot like Carole Baskin.

They also said that they have so friggin’ many to dispatch that it’ll take a while to get them all sent off. I seem to recall putting my preorder in the day they went up so it may just be that they’re doing it in that order.

I’ll let y’all know how he is.

Yesterday ID had Scorponoks available for preorder. Managed to convince the wife that he's what I should get for my birthday later this month and now he's out of stock. My own fault.

Hahahaha yer, this is why I tend to order from ID these days as they seem to manage a quicker dispatch. I only pre ordered a couple of days ago and mine was dispatched at 1400.

Don't worry, by Mon/Tues you will be able to get one..........unless you ordered from Amazon.......

Sideswipe yes. Wheeljack...not so sure. I love his proportions alt mode and transformation, but the colour is a bit too off white. I don't like the back of his hands and he's quite loose. But he makes the Classics guy look goddamn frumpy.

I just remembered that a geezer I was at college with had a full-on 60s revival Mod band and wanted to call their album “Everyone Looks Like Pete Townshend Upside Down In A Spoon” :D

He's a triple changer so comes with the usual compromises they require. I really enjoy all 3 modes, and in bot mode he is quite a beast. You can use the bits from his extra train carriage to beef him up too, and the extra weapons are welcome to arm other bots too. I like him a lot.

    I went to Smyth's today...

Also, this mould is still excellent and really holds up well. Thinking I might make him Nemesis Prime's loyal attack dog.

StarActionFigures also have Big Scorpy in stock and up for order - although full price.

Wonder how far down the list for dispatch mine will be? Usually next to last.......

If he arrives today, I might save him for Monday when I'm next off work. Holds quite a bit of emotional pull does Scorponok, for various reasons, but it's safe to say that this is important to me. It's been a while since getting a toy was an actual big deal and that says a lot from someone for whom the continued love of toys is a big fucking deal.

That's a big fucking boat I'm sat in, no?

    PLEASE DON'T BE SHITE.

Yeah, definitely the one Disney film that would benefit from a live action remake, but no, let’s do Robin Hood instead

Wheeljack’s lucky that Hoist is considered a truck.

These are probably the best, actually. The Datsun mold is a bit too static for my liking, and the feet and heels require a lot of faffing about to get them flat on the ground. (At least, on my Barricade that’s the case)

Cliffjumper is dragged down by having a complex, very precise transformation and yet also being coated from top to bottom in paint. The tabs on his shoulders are completely black on mine at this point just from going between his two modes.

Mirage is fantastic! But the transparent plastic is a timebomb. One or both of the tabs are gonna break eventually, sadly.[/COLOR]

I wonder what Netflix Optimus will look like. I'm guessing we'll see him this month around 'SDCC'.

Wouldn't mind another Battlemaster pack like Megs and Hotlink if he's painted well.

We would definitely benefit from having a really good Robin Hood movie though. I mean I'll have a good time snarking along with Prince of Thieves but you really have to go back to Erroll Flynn for anything genuinely earnest and good.

But a good Robin Hood film ought to be an entirely British production. Americans get all caught up with the romantic rebellion against tyranny aspect, overplay it and end up with something well-worn and predictable.

Also Americans can't even say the name Robin Hood properly.
