    The fact that it’s at 1775 in such a short time for a scalper eBay listing tells me that the Walmart listing really did sell out.

    Yeah there is no real way to guarantee you would get this item. You could fight through paypal but never be able to get the item anyway. It's too far till the release date. You would just be gambling with whatever amount you pay anyone. That's also assuming he actually will be shipped the item since it was so limited I give that only an 80% shot.
