Sorry, I come down a little hard on the news requests: it's just that a thread like this gets bumped after being quiet for so long and it's like, "Ooh, somebody posted an update," so your hopes are up and then you open it only to find that it's a just a question that... sorry to be blunt, but it's a question where the answer is obvious: if anybody here knew of any updates we would have eagerly shared it as soon as we learned of it.

But yeah, I probably shouldn't be such a jerk about it - I totally get being excited and wanting news even if asking for it briefly gives the rest of us false hope.

I had an exchange with the designer recently, but there was nothing to report other than they're alive and I'm still a pro at being mildly pushy to the point of annoying, but not enough to ignore or block.

I wonder if they are going to re release Optimus with Beyer quality.

 

I'd buy a re-release with better materials. Iron Warrior's Jetfire Upgrade Kit seems to be made of sterner stuff. I was all in on this line til I saw some reviews, and being that it'd have to go halfway around the world I know the handling would have broken a good bit. Couldn't justify the price.

Hoping Megatron is well done and I can get back on this line.

I would not expect a re-release of Optimus.

I definitely expect Megatron, and that they will learn from the Optimus issues. Any other TFP releases will probably be based on Megatron's success.

 

Ok so what happened with this? Is iron warrior still going or did it die out?

 

It took a back seat so they could finish the jet power upgrade kit for mpm-04. But who really knows if it will come back. They showed a high moon WfC Optimus a while back too that hasn’t been mentioned since it was teased.

 

I have just noticed that they havnt posted anything new, and ive already heard of a few Third party companys that shut down out of the blue last month, and now weijang haveing issues and what happened with Zeta Unicron, i just noticed nothing is happening with megs.

Transformers R.E.D. Series Announced

R.E.D. is a line of non-transforming Transformers. They already announced a Prime version of Arcee.

 

Yeah that’s it thought the arcee listing was for generations got a bit hype for a minute a bit back still might be cool would love transforming ones though
