Hasbro has gotten a little more pro-active in at least promoting links to retailer's pages for exclusives. I'm not saying I have given up faith in the current situation to eventually resolve itself to my satisfaction. But situations can change (sometimes quite rapidly and dramatically) and the resolutions to those changes can also be rapid and dramatic.

If any US buyers want to help a Canadian fan out it would mean a lot to me. I don't mind paying above retail + shipping for your trouble. Just rather give my money to another fan than someone on eBay.

 

My Target went from unavailable to temporarily OOS, does this mean they might have it in store?

I got one for pickup just now.

 

Just got one off the website, as soon as I got one, it went to out of stock

 

I was able to get another one at 10:07AM. I kept hitting the ADD TO CART button on the Save It For Later portion in the app until it let me checkout. Site to store. By “another one” I mean the one I purchased in store on Friday is defective. Upon removing Thundercracker I noticed a huge crack in his right shoulder. Doesn’t really affect transformation, but poseablity puts stress on it. For $60 I expect better.

 

What are you doing with your defective one???

I have had several issues finding Target Exclusives. Just the 2 most recent:
Target canceled my Carbonized Mandalorian 6" figure I ordered as soon at it went up, and the Targets close to me didn't get any stock in. I was checking everyday.
I have been looking for a Bebop & Rocksteady NECA TMNT pack since release and haven't been able to find one yet.

 

Returning it when I pick up the new one Thursday. I think just moving it around in poses will probably break it off.

Is target the type of store that will just put it back on the shelf? hopefully they send it back to hasbro

 

I plan on pointing out the problem with it. Usually they might mark it down & sell it “As Is”

 

Just got notified my items were not able to be held. Lovely.

 

They want people to keep coming back into large crowds during a pandemic. That's how important social distancing & keeping their customers safe is to them. Instead of making it easy for you so you can pick it up & be in & out as fast as possible, they would rather make you keep checking back constantly. Typical twisted backwards thinking.
