I’d buy it. I’m down for styalized looks at a MP size. I just wouldn’t pay the same price as those larger combiners for one that is a lot smaller.

This newly painted version is RMB 1380 in China (USD 195).

Judging how the thighs work I think it would be possible for someone to design a knee spacer (like Jinbao Devastator's upgrade kit) for it.

There are options available on Shapeways which look fantastic. It won't get you to 45cm, but he'll stand eye to eye with GT Gravity Builder with his extensions.

I own the original and i can say that these will scuff upon transformation.

Also, preorders are being taken by suppliers in my area and it is very tempting as the price is about half what I originally paid for.

Maybe the front end is their way of updating the original. Of all the cars that made up the Stunticons, only the P34 was never updated. All the other car companies, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porche, are still producing cars. It seems like they didn’t want to use another make for the Formula 1 car because it won’t stay true to the original Tyrrell P34.

Toon menasor is the ugliest of all combiners imho. Toy I don’t really remember other than it was tiny. Generation toys went comics and gave him a powerful, almost samurai look. Actually takes my breath away. Would LOVE a osko version.

so i looked that up just yesterday. apparently there are 2 versions...wide and narrow for leg extenders. which do you have? as for shoulders - do you mean the thing that moves the arm joint back a bit for improved weight distribution and ability to remove arms without disassembling the back of havoc? do you have the "leg brace" as well (for stiblity of the ankle area)?

I have the wide extenders. I don't have the ankle brace, but to be honest, once they sent out Motormaster's redesigned leg brace, it really wasn't needed (especially with the shoulder pieces.) And yes, the shoulder redistributor - really did the job!

I can confirm -- it does look great with the others.

I highly recommend the 3D-printed upgrades by @echotransformer. I got the ankle stabilizers, the shoulder extenders and the leg extenders, and all three improve the combiner with better stability, pose-ability, and proportions.
    See it in action here:

They did include some replacement parts with one of the limb bots. I think the ankle stabilizer by @echotransformer does an even better job.

No combiner will ever be in "completely accurate" scale, because the cartoon itself was inconsistent. When Hasbro and Sunbow couldn't get their combiner scales consistent, they sentenced the fandom to endlessly debate preferred scale. Anyone who says what the "standard" is, is only stating their personal preferences.
