I'm glad some people are understanding the idea. I felt like I was taking crazy pills for a while there.

Would have been easier if you has just stated that you wanted some Gundams, and that the pilots would be headmasters or similar small robots.

    and for the main question...

As per my signature: Lower prices, no gaps, more accessories.

Also, something like Prime that would get multiple trailers, each one being different "power".. different usage, etc. Other figures could get similar items... small camping trailers for the pick-up trucks, etc. So more weapons or such.

Similar to the original micromasters that had such extra pieces that could transform into vehicles or turrets/mine bases.

Heck.. new wagons for Astrotrain that would be able to become a small base or carry loads of accessories.

And another one.. have the packaging be pieces that can be connected to form bases...

Just to be crazy for the sake of being crazy, what if they made a new character/s that possessed ALL of the main gimmicks... pretender, target/power/headmaster, can tripplechange, can combine, etc.

Even crazier, they could call it "Generations" and have it be a celebration of the franchise's 35 year history.

A transforming book called "Indeximus Prime". Or literally the Covenant of Primus, whichever works, as long as it's a transforming titan class book.

It's been said before, but I'd like more Dinobots in the style of G1. Slash was a great start but Scorn would be cool too. Make more like an anklyosaurus and carnotaurus because why not? We even might be able to get Decepticon Dinobots.

    Oh and ER Slipstream please.

I've been deeply thinking on this, incidentally, but more along the lines of "splitting the existing dinobots between bots and cons based on whether or not they're carnivorous". A like so:
    Herbivores: slug, snarl, sludge, slog,
Carnivores: grimlock, slash, swoop, strafe, scorn.

Introducing an ankylosaurus would even things out, it being an herbivore.

But yeah, dinobots for both teams would be sweet.

I like combiners, as such, a lot of my ideas have been combiner based, so why break the mold now? Today's trend: 2 figures forming the body.

    1) A G1 style "inspection" combiner to act as an opposition to the g1 Dinosaur combiner (An unsued concept) that's been brought up a few times in here, and I've researched in the past. To go nuts with it, and to convey the idea of "there are a lot of bugs", make it a 7 member combiner. The limbs are akin to those on Piranacon, where any member can form an arm, leg, or a weapon, and there are five of them. The other two members from the body, likely vertically or by splitting them into hemispheres.

    2) Updated versions of Heatrock and Skyfeather from the Gaia Guardian Kabaya kits. With some adjustments, they could make for some fun alternatives for Defensor.

    3) Attempt the insanity that would be an updated version of Gaia Scramble. Now, the trick of those sets where that you could make 2 different figures from each box depending on what you assembled it into. 6 kits that could be assembled into 12 figures. I believe the pattern was as follows if my research was any good:
    1. Firebolt / Slingshot (Upper body)
    2. Air Rider / Skydive
    3. Dead End / Breakdown (Lower body)
    4. Drag Stripe / Wildrider
    5. Vortex / Blast Off
    6. Brawl / Swindle
Though for this updated version, the idea would be that each figure is a triple changer in the common sense of the word - they have one robot mode and two vehicle modes - on top of being able to become a limb. They wouldn't necessarily have to follow pattern presented or even be the same characters, but I am sure you get the idea. The exceptions would be 1 and 3, which have 2 vehicle modes and form two parts of the body of the combined form. It'd probably be a mess of plastic but it could be so cool if you ask me.

    4) To chuck it out there, a skylinx that can split into his two components. Either the two components can become limbs themselves, or can come together and form a body. So, combined bot mode and vehicle mode can either be turned into a body, or be split. When split, they have their robot modes or can be used as limbs

    5) Take random figures from the insanity presented above, remold it in trans-clearant red and blue plastic, give them new heads, pop them in a boxset and call it Nexus Prime.

I would kill to see an army builder who doesn't have any particular alt mode, but enough joints and connection points to combine with others into any monstrosity you can think of.

I had one idea: An "Armor Changer" as I'd call it. They essentially have a robot that can swap its armor to change its alternate mode. That armor can be attached via the 5 mm port "COMBAT" system so you can attach it to other Transformers. You can also mix and match it between Armor Changers to create CRAZY combos. Like a car/helicopter armor changer who can swap the chest piece to become the roof of the car mode and the bottom of the helicopter mode, attach a helicopter pack to its back, swap the shoulder pads to become the front of the car or the cab of the helicopter and add the tail of the helicopter or the back of the car to the legs. It allows for there to be 2 distinct alt modes without the whole other Alt Mode Kibble Problem that most Triple changers have. Heck, after they make new Transformers, they could recreate the Triple Changers as "Armor Changers". Plus, if you simply display them without the alt mode Kibble, You could use them as "generic robots" for photos or you could use the armor as a way to show destroyed Transformers.

Not quite. They are made to be CHUG-scaled. An example of what I am thinking is that it is inspired by Mugenbine. You can see the inspiration.

Now, another of my ideas is a "Action Master" revamp. Basically rereleasing the Action Masters except the hands and any pegs are different. They have 5 mm ports instead of the 3 mm ports that they have currently. It would allow most characters with 5 mm ports to hold them.

I know Mugenbine was already brought up with the armor idea, but your suggestion right here is actually a bit closer to what that line's all about.

As for me, now that I'm on this whole Godzilla kick, i want to see some transforming kaiju
