    People are going to hype this up like they did today's stream and then it'll be a "disappointment" because it doesn't meet the expectations they didn't have a part in setting.

    If #270 reveals any new G1 MP figures then yeah, I'm excited. Otherwise, no, this include MP Raiden as well since I have no past connection to the trainbots/characters or Japanese TFs.

    I don't think Hasbro would let TT get the scoop for mainline releases tbh. However, if Studio Series 86 gets revealed during Comic Con @ Home then chances are they'll also be in Figure King next week.

    Can't wait to see what our plastic providers have in store for us!

    I don’t know how far in advance Figure Kings are planned, but is it possible that No. 270 was meant to showcase SS86 after a proper SDCC reveal until everything was cancelled? Perhaps Hasbro gave Takara the go-ahead for an initial reveal, or they’re going to some sort of online presentation as you said.

    Granted, it could still just be something totally independent of Hasbro. coughArmadaPrimecough

    The only "independent" stuff that's currently in the queue (that we know of) are Armada Prime, MP Raiden, Lovehammer, and whoever those five "Primitives" are from the latest Selects comic.

    And I'm guessing the latter won't make their appearance until Kingdom is revealed and we see the source molds.

    Are we expecting to see anything from Comic con at home? I know Hasbro wouldn't show off any G1 MP figures, but probably mainline stuff, or some of the leaked RED figures... I'm really excited to see what this figure king has for a 35th anniversary spread. Should be interesting and I can't wait!
