Also, a Roller that's too small to even seat titanmasters and a gun for Optimus, even tho he already came with one. Some of this stuff feels like a bit of an afterthought.

I have zero attachment to g1 rotorstorm but I love the siege spinister mold, and mouthplates in general. This slick neon color scheme clinches him for me!

Well it's cool to finally see some acknowledgement of Euro G1, it's a big let down to not get a new head. Especially because the Spinster head really screams Decepticon. And new guns would have helped too.

For me, this is how it turned out:

• Passing on the selects figure, they both look good but I'm waiting for all the leaked ones.
• Waiting till next payday for the accessories pack
• Bought the Regal Cobra Commander
• Passed on sleep convoy.
• Waiting for the walmart stuff to hit retail, in on all of it.

 

These aren't renders, though, they're physical samples. I think this may be a situation like what happened with TR Quickswitch, where originally they had planned a new headsculpt but cut it from the budget for whatever reason.

 

Uggh!!!!! Went to check out and centurian went up to $29.99 after being in my cart for $19.99, grrr.....

So many people are saying Rotorstorm just needs a new head.. but I really hope some third party goes the distance and redoes the back rotor to be doubled and folded back (the whole section is held on by one pin - so it’d be a relatively easy install!) to give us a much more accurate bot mode and also fire in his original styled blasters! (You know.. as well as a new head with light piping. I never care about light piping. But Rotorstorm needs it. Those pink shades need LIGHT!)

Honestly, if SND were still around I’d happily throw $50 their way for a set that did all that!

Hell - ANY company that wants to do all of the above I’ll happily give money to!
