Unfortunately with AJ it's all or nothing... I had to ship Hound back for a refund due broken hinges (still in packaging). The Arcadia VF-1J Max with the drooping head laser... I had the only option of shipping back and reordering it (if it was available). I decided to keep it. They don't do parts replacement.

That would be ideal. I don’t think I’ve seen them do anything like that before though. Best we can hope for is they improve it for other releases. I’m getting every color under the rainbow plus black if they make them so...

Yeah, it sounds like a pain but I guess I’d rather wait and get a new figure than live with a broken one. It depends though. Sounds like I might just carefully put this one in the cockpit and leave it there for good and hope the later versions are better for me to play with.

I'm just going to stick a little girly dianaught (without the helmet) in the cockpit and call it a day. Little girl flying a Legioss... It's going to be so bad ass and epic! LOL

Oh yeah, gotta have the original 3 plus the AFC-01D Dark Legioss, the non transforming AFC-01M Mujin Legioss, and the AFC-01J Jagd (unmanned drone)!

Yeah, I’m not sending this back to Amazon and risking not being able to get a replacement. I can live with the broken pilot, which will possibly even be better after I fix it.

Currently transforming the Legioss. Soooo many tiny hinges and fiddly bits. I’m not using instructions so I’m being extra slow and careful as it’s not an especially intuitive design.

Are you sure you don't want to use the instructions? Just in case, Yukio posted a good transformation video if you get stuck.

I'd use it at least on the first go.

Yeah I'm gonna transform mine during the weekend and start taking some pics. Work has been too busy to even think about fiddling around with something like this.

Made it without instructions. Yay. Fun? Nope. :lol

So far I’m not especially digging this Legioss. It LOOKS outstanding, phenomenal, perfect. If I only wanted a Legioss to stand on the shelf and not touch, this is the one. But that’s not what I want at all.

The transformation isn’t especially difficult in terms of design, but the problem is all of the tiny hinges and spring pins and insanely tight bits make me wary of transforming it more than a couple times.

Posing is no good at the moment. Both ankles are floppy loose and both shoulders are stuck so tight they will absolutely snap if I force them. I’m going to try popping it in the freezer and see if that unsticks them - occasionally that works. I may tighten the ankle balls with some plastic wrap.

I’m not disappointed or upset, this is 100% what I was expecting from Sentinel so I knew what I was signing up for. Their approach to toys just doesn’t match my tastes most of the time - even though, ironically, one of my favorite figures is a Sentinel toy (Dancouga).

When putting back into fighter mode, do watch how the hands goes back; fingers sticking out will make it hard to push the forearm back and forcing it may break the fingers.

I might be getting mine tomorrow, if the ankles on mine are loose, I want to see if I can tighten the two screws near the ball joint. If not, matte varnish dem bad boys. Even bracing the shoulders near the intake can't get the shoulders to budge?

Hopefully, Sentinel takes these complaints seriously and adjusts some tolerances properly and maybe.....just include a normal static pilot.

You might end up stressing the plastic if you brace it against it. I was able to move the right shoulder by maybe 45 degrees. More than that, needs a lot of force. Its left shoulder won't even budge. Majority of the joints on the left side on mine is tighter. :/ probably need a long nose pliers to hold the hinge to turn the arm.

    Parcel arrived today.

Fighter mode looks awesome! crisp details all round. However the whole figure feels really fragile with lots of tiny flaps and hinges... will spend some time transforming this tonight.

Baby Stig looks fine... but again feels really fragile while trying to get some posers out of him.

And found two loose pieces in the box, feels like some spare parts for the chest engines?

    :)

By any chance, does yours stay in place after repeated transforming? Mine tends to go out of place again on just one leg and this is what I've ended up doing instead:

For anybody that encounters the issue, I would try doing this first and see if it works before attempting to open the thigh.
