So what you sent me is correct for Rodimus, as the mech is technically a "bonus"

 

I bought mine Loose with bonus from HZJ - and yeah I didn't get the 2nd Spoiler either.

 

I also ordered loose from HZJ with the bonus mech and I DID receive the 2nd spoiler. I suggest contacting him for it, if you care enough.

 

I did - they said they didn't have any spares and that the factory was down for current reasons at the time.

I have absolutely nothing against HZJ - awesome seller (I'm planning on getting a whole bunch of figures from him and netclow for my B-day next month). But I sometimes wonder how sellers like hzj can keep track of all the items that are "loose." Sometimes the factory doesn't do a great job in including everything, not his fault, and sometimes there are basic, deluxe, and with-bonus versions of the same figure.

I'm hoping he will carry the black repaint of flame commander but I'll probably get the in-box version to make sure all accessories and bonuses are accounted for. It's just an extra couple of bucks so I'm not super worried, and the guy deserves it.

 

i personally think HZJ is the ebay arm of MFT. there are way too many things that have lead me to that belief.

 

Only if they make toy truck - lol, as when I first started buying things off them 80%+ off his stock was metal models of trucks and construction vehicles etc... They had to be pestered into getting the 2nd wave of Machine Boy Legends Overscales as that wasn't their focus at the time, If you look at their feedback as oldest 1st you will see it's all trucks and construction models they used to sell. Tha said I think HZJ and Faithtotalk are some of their best customers. But if they were their ""Outlet"" there wouldn't be the situation where there is things MFT has made that they didn't sell I would think.

Don't collect SG but this looks pretty sick. @gaseous clay just curious did they fix the issue from Rodimus on the uneven feet where the back heel is higher than the front?

 

Are those the shins that came with it or are they from the original version? He looks good but they should be silver.

 

He seems to stand just fine. I did notice this though:

There seems to be a tab that protudes from the bottom of the back heel, which seems to keep the figure balanced. Was that present in the original figure?

Yeah, those were the ones in the box.

 

No it's not!! So they fixed the heal with a little tab, that's great. They should make replacements kit heels for $5 so I can get my Rodimus in dynamic poses  

 

i got rid of my rodimus as fast as i could. but i dont remember that bump on his heal. so given the fact that you are able to stand him up and that wasnt the first thing you complained about. i would say that has fixed it some.

Man I wish this thing were just a smidge smaller, and not Legends+. But I’m holding out... I know it’s only a matter of time before NewAge or Magic Square does a G1 Hot Rod, and I know when that happens an SG repaint is a near-certainty.

But it is tough for me to pass up an SG bot.

 

Hmm, interesting, I guess it was good I was unaware of the flame commander issue, because otherwise I prolly wouldn't have gotten this. But yeah, like I said, he stands just fine, that tab at the bottom of the back heel seems to take care of any balance problems.
