    Got my refund. Took 6 days after filing. After that eBay contacted me to see if the dispute was resolved. I explained the case, and ten minutes later I had my refund.

    Wow congrats! Did it have to be done as "return this item" to get there? I've not seen an option otherwise. I disputed through PayPal and that's going... slowly. Apparently, I can't dispute through eBay because of it either.

    No. I put down that I didn't receive my item and then for the final resolution that I was not given a refund. Given how quick the turnaround was after the normal waiting period, I'm pretty sure the seller has been marked and shut down. As long as you legitimately purchased something from them in the last month or so, I don't think you'll have any trouble getting your money back.

    I ordered from another seller. It’s in Jersey right now. Should have it no later than Monday. We’ll see if I got lucky.

    My refund processed today. When I received the item I asked for a refund from the seller. Waited the six days for the seller to not respond. Escalated. Ebay processed the refund in less than an hour of my escalation. At least it was simple.

    I just ordered from caotianxi on EBay. No red flags that I saw, price was $90 and it looks like he had a couple left. If its successful I'll let you guys know. :)  Now we wait...

    I'm surprised that the seller didn't troll users with an Autobot symbol sticker sheet. Or better yet, just a photo of Nemesis Prime.
