Except for the many shops that sell knock-off toys and electronics, such as "Big Lots" and even some department stores?

Thats a great point, except that those shampoo bottle simplified ko's do more good than harm.

Who knows what hasbro really cares about, besides money?

From what I've gathered, good quality KO products are also sold there, including some of the medium quality KO TF products.

This is all I could find on the subject though, which isn't much. I seem to recall Youtube reviews of KO toys, showing "recent" KO TFs and lcd/"systems on a chip" (nes clones, etc), etc from such shops?

    - Are knock-off toys dangerous?

Sure, you can find some stuff in dollar stores, deep discounts, Chinatown tourist traps, etc...but you won't find online US retailers risking it was my point. Since the question was asking about places in the US that have KOs in stock and ready to ship, Big Lots doesn't really fit the bill.

Yeah, online is just too high-visibility. Hasbro isn't going to sweep through every Korean dollar store, but if there's someone advertising product online, that's sort of sticking their neck out.

Chinatown finds aren't usually in the "tourist traps" though. To find the good stuff, you usually have to descend into the mini-malls and find those little specialized shops full of anime merch, that pretty much only exist for an initiated Chinese geek clientele. A lot of those places, you won't even find prices in English. :)

True enough. I was truncating my comment because my phone keyboard has been crap since the last update and trying to have some fun doing it. You caught me :D

:thumb  I mean, obviously Chinatowns often do have a tourist-trap surface, with lots of giftshops full of cheap junk. But beneath that, there's usually a deeper market serving Chinese-American communities. Depending on where you are and how significant that community is of course.

Sadly, my local Chinatown kind of sucks for that type of stuff.

How do you get 25cm when the pic clearly says his standing height is 30cm?

Other than that, my thought is that this is BMB/Aoyi Mech, and I'm not starting another set of their figures until they continue the 1:1 SS Constructicon KO's they started.

Not sure if this is related, but my phone keyboard will delete words I have already typed when i place the cursor right before a word and start typing:

Only happens when I'm on tfw2005 forum and nowhere else that I've noticed. I'm on Android using Chrome.

At first I thought my screen was dirty, causing my cursor to jump all over and delete words, but it's still the same after I wiped it down.

Dunno if I'm the only one out there. I should post this in the support forum, although I'm not sure what can be done about it.

Mine does this thing where I click in a field, the keyboard comes up, and the second I touch a letter it goes away. Persists until I close all Chrome tabs and restart it

I have no issues with other browsers on my phone. Only Chrome + TFW forums.

See if other browsers give you the same problem. Mine doesn't. Looks like it's only a Chrome issue on Android for me.

Good to know it's not just me. I may just report it in the support section then.
