I'd dispute that heavily. Their 9907 Prime is one of the nicest KOs I have. Sturdy plastic, tight joints, and tolerances are perfect with no tabbing issues at all, and great paint apps

Different figure. That's mp, the one above is a small voyager. And I based my statement on a review. Just search deluxe daban optimus

Ah, sorry...my mistake. I didn't realize they did a voyager like that.

Shame, the 9907 is really amazing, especially at a $50-60 price point

So the deluxe mentioned isn't bad technically. Its hefty and looks OK. But, I recall they said it was a bit fiddly. And the arm articulation is meh

I'd suspect this would be more like the 9907 or their Gravity Builder quality-wise since it's their first foray into an original product.

I hope so. It certainly looks good. The only question is how much it'll cost really. And plastic quality

If they follow along the lines of 9907--well, the plastic quality there is very good. I have a hunch this will be better since they are trying to break into 3P instead of KO

Well than, cost is the question. Im guessing 120? Unless they release a ko first maybe

In Gundam bootleg kits, Daban is known for adding details and relatively ok plastic. What they skimp out on is the QC.

QC was very good on their Generation Toys KOs, so they have very much moved on from that

    Well it's not that accurate, but good try. I might get it. Screenshot_20200718-011609_Samsung Internet.jpg 20200718_012029.jpg Screenshot_20200718-011705_Samsung Internet.jpg

They didn't want it to be exactly what was on T-Beast, as there have been many-a-fans that complained that the other offerings copied the concept art directly without compensating the artists. This is a good compromise.

I may actually prefer the figure over the art.

I really don't care about Screamer, but I want a Skywarp version of this guy so much. I guess I should buy Screamer in order to support the product, since if it doesn't sell there won't be any repaints.

I only want Starscream if there was Skywarp and Thundercracker. I can't have one without the others.

I was out on this, but that last pic seals it. I'm a sucker for heroic proportions and huge wingspans. I'll just try and switch the head with MP-44's Starscream one.

I like it! Hopefully they give it some thorough QC passes before full production, unlike Transform Element and their T-Beast Bumblebee
