Does the feet pads stop the toes from collapsing now then ?

I like the improvement to the functionality of the base mode.

I would hope someone will eventually rememeber to make the double blaster too though.

 

For those of you who got the reissued version of DK-04, did yours come with new springs? My original one didn't have any springs at all, just the ratchets, but DK-04M and DK-05 both came with new springs.

 

No, just the ratchets on the reissue.

 

Weird, so the kits for Metroplex and Grand Maximus come with springs, but the kits for Fortress Maximus don't (neither the original nor the reissue).

I'm left with my Grand Max needing springs because I used Grand Max's springs on Fort Max. Maybe I'll just use the springs from my Metroplex kit. Both Fort Max and Grand Max's springs are REALLY tight, and I feel like Metroplex's original springs are soft enough that they won't be a problem, since they're much softer than the Max Bros.

 

Perfect effect is a rip off for what you get why do you think they are always KOed. Have you seen that superion upgrade set that was 35usd retail for a head and chest piece.

 

They got KO'd because they were so popular.

 

If the profit margin is low they are less likely to KO. It's like Netflick Ultra Magnus it was unknown so people preordered a lot then it was revealed then became unpopular and walmart is discounting them in areas to move them. Yes they pick popular things to KO because they want sales but why did they not KO Generations Metroplex he is very very popular or G1 Fortress Maximus or Grand Maximus.

 

Walmart was putting them on clearance to make way for other products. And it's not all Walmarts. I was just at my local one, and they had two on the shelf at full price. As for Metroplex and FortMax, the titan class figures cost more in Asia, unlike here in the US, where Fort Max was found at surplus stores, heavily discounted.

 

God i wish i fond some like that. Omega has not gone that route thou the 20 USD limit of 5 at the hasbro warehouse was nice thou annoying because you then saw them for sale on ebay hours later for much higher... scalpers ugh.

 

I got the springs, but not the chest and forearm gap fillers/covers for Cerebros... Anyone know DNA customer service email or have an extra set of the gap fillers? I'll gladly buy them...

 

I've got a Fort Max, with Cog, the hand & Cerebros upgrades only, and a Shapeways piece to hold PE Warden's gun that I'm thinking about selling, but I want to sell him as one piece. Any interested parties out there? Shipping will obviously be a b***h.

 

Which cerebros upgrades, and which version of fort max?

 

DNA Design DK-02 has the upgrade parts the chest is screw covers and there are forearm covers. Toyhax also has feet and forearm covers as well. You can see Grand's arm and chest better he has his version's installed. Not the seller just showing you what is what

 

the dna dk-02 does not come with anything other than the legs, hands and chest cannons. maybe there are plugs to fill the screw holes on the head. but it certainly does not come with forearms or whatever.

picked up a used Fort Max with these upgrades a while back. Anyone know how to get any of the pegs/fillers that you need for the backs of the legs for carrier mode to work? Is anyone 3-d printing them?

Question about the DK-04 crotchpiece -> does it wreck and/or mismatch color/tones with the existing Hasbro/Takara versions of FortMax?
