I took the punt before I saw your post, but thanks for the heads up. He should be with me on Saturday, for a full Marvel Wreckers team.

Had some more good news on the job front, even though I've been temping since I lost my last job, one of my previous employers saw I was out of work and offered me my old job back. They even let me change my hours to work around my wife's hours, and keep the extra days holiday (you gained one for every year you worked there) I'd accrued, so positive result.

Matchbox definitely, I had a few, can't remember what they called them though. Battle cars or something.

    Edit: Roadblasters!

Don't think it was Parasites, because I remember the ones @Astro-Furby describes, as I had a couple of them, and the cars were just cars.

Roadblasters. They were called Roadblasters. Thank you, google.

Last but not least. Custom starscream ordered to be ghost screamer, the next challenge is the packaging.

FFS lol, @Ottertron was it you who was interested in the Tron SDCC set?

Diamond Select Tron Deluxe VHS Figure Box Set - SDCC Exclusive

Absolutely, hence mentioning Arcee where it's bloody terrible, but complaining about a backpack when something already has loads of steps for it's size or price point is often a case of, 1. You knew this would happen. 2. What did you expect?

It's also a bit weird when people complain about the back of a figure but not the gaping hollow bits round the front!

    @Insurgent
I don't recall you getting angry on here, but make sure you back when you're ready dude!

@Gumblor Gimbles I had a proper military green version of the missile launcher there given to me as a kid.

RoadBlaster...that was it...thanks guys. Looking at that catalog I had about 10 of them...probably still got some of the cars in the loft with all my cars from childhood.

On a different topic, its amazing what you can do with some white paper, scissors and a red sharpie (plus showing off the new head for my 2B figure):

A digital detox can work wonders. The world can seem a horrible place when you're bombarded constantly by whatever's awful that day.

    Disconnect and get well soon!

    :)
I've found if you order one or two items the cheapest shipping to the UK is around $15 but order more items and the shipping doesn't seem to get much more, so a good half a dozen items or more may only set you back around $20ish.
For instance - I ordered three KO CW deluxe bots and a boxed upgrade kit (approx 1ft square) and it only cam to $18 shipping! ;)

I think if you create an account then log in, drop the items in your cart then proceed to the payment/shipping options you can see what you'll pay before confirming anything without any hassle! :D

Ok, so my camera has made this figure look better than it is lol (it's got a rubbish black wash), but see the gap in the ab crunch? I can actually see the connecting point inside it, the plastic for all of it feels nasty and floppy, and yet the guns are better than the 2 pack release... FYI. If this is indicative I don't recommend this particular army builder, and I'd no problem with the Hydra Trooper. Even the packaging sellotape inside and out was yellow FFS!

Between this and the visible cheapness of the Gamerverse figures, I really hope Hasbro aren't cutting costs again. IMG_20200618_214100233.jpg

What Mel sez, shipping ain't cheap but as long as you're after a bundle of stuff it can work out way more economical per item the more you're after. My pair of OS Slashes (Well one's now SEVER) Shipping was $15.80, so altogether they cost me £14.50-ish apiece which to be honest for Legends bumped up to scouts that also came with 2 weapons & OS POTP Godfists each is still low considering regular Prime Trilogy Legends were at LEAST a Tenner or more RRP! AFAIK you'd have to be very unlucky to get bummed on a Sirtoys order, I believe he usually marks down, my Clever Girls sailed through IIRC.

Damn, that’s a slick car mode.
@Siege Fan sadly neither the hair dryer nor the water method worked out, I hurt my fingers trying to force the neck plate down! I was forced to just remove the screws and pull the torso apart. In the end, I broke one very tight, thin pin on the inside, which I now believe to be the reason there wasn’t enough clearance to tilt the plate in the first place! In the end though, alls well, and it’s possible to tilt the neck plate down now.

I might put up photos tomorrow of the inside of Wheeljack so anyone else who encounters the same overly-tight torso problem can fix it too.
