I ordered the 1st run but have not got shipped it yet, If the first patch is not fully painted I just may cancel the order and wait to see if the 2nd run that is fully painted. I got to stop buying in on the first run of releases, I hate it when 3rd party companies do this "oh 2nd batch is better painted then 1st batch.

Just got this figure, and I am blown away. I had to shave some plastic so that Saber could properly mount his shoulder shield, but it was less than 1/2 a milometer. Boom. So nice.

Maybe this has been addressed but why doesnt he have his shield? Not a deal breaker, as I have ordered him and cant wait to get him but just wondered.

 

The shield was used only in one episode of the anime, I guess they thought it wasn't important enough.

My copy came today courtesy of TFS-Express and I’m very impressed.

He’s got a great weight and presence, the sculpt is superb, the articulation is fantastic. I’m not missing ratchet joints at all, everything feels tight and it really helps with posing.

My only complaints - the Star Saber head is a bit fiddly to put on. The outward ankle articulation is only good enough, not fantastic. The same can be said for the Saber robot mode, but I can’t imagine anyone will want to display him that way when the full Star Saber is SO good
