I originally thought that, but they came out their hidey hole Last month (albeit around April 1st / fools) and it seemed legit they were working away at a comeback with the re-release of downbeat.

Certainly hope so. My original plan was to pay a bit extra and settle for one Maketoys seeker and one conehead (not the biggest fan of clone bots). However, the Maketoys versions are just so good I might have to reassess that. I absolutely love Meteor and Endgame, and I'm sorely tempted to get the set if they release them. Here's hoping Maketoys keep on keeping on.

Good luck on that. Here's hoping they reissue the original ones cause skywarp and thundercracker just went for $750 for the pair on Ebay.

We haven’t got information about downbeat, neither about this coneheads, and I don’t even want to mention their highbrow....I’m starting to think that we'll never get them:(

btw I know downbeat is supposed to be released this month, but I mean that we haven got more information than the render images.

And basing on what I have read, their downbeat isn’t going to be as successful as to make a comeback

It's what's kept me from buying Dirge. I'm not confident they'll make the other two.

I have and i appreciate their communication but...their problems go back long before the pandemic. I need to see products physically rolling off the production lines before I believe we'll see their backlog become reality.

Not to mention that message from them was issued two and a half months ago (April 1) and there's been no updates since then, either from MT or from any sellers.

I bought Dirge, but I have Takara Ramjet and Thrust. If/when the Maketoys versions get release, I'll switch out. If it never comes to pass, then I'll move on. No big loss. Dirge was the one I wanted the most, since the Takara colors aren't as good IMHO. With Ramjet and Thrust, it's not a huge difference for me.

Only way I'll buy Dirge is if he is reissued after all three coneheads have come out. Not gonna buy a thing until all three are out together. If they are never reissued and they come out and I miss out, I still have the takara versions.

The shins are reminiscent of hockey goalie pads, but I'm still gonna be down for Dirge/endgame. When are Ramjet/Thrust supposed to come out?

The last 2 seekers will come out, I'm sure. Maketoys just won't spread much info on their projects. I think Thrust will come out this year, maybe 1st or 2nd quarter 2021.

The risk in waiting for all 3 is once the last will come out, you'll pay 300+ dollars for Dirge/Endgame.

    Just my opinion

I think their Dirge is fine as a stand-alone fig if it comes to that ... we all agree the official coneheads generally suck ass so alternating my display options is a win in my book

I got my Dirge in the mail. He's awesome. No complaints so far.

Are there any flight stands that are compatible with Maketoys Seekers??

I missed out on the May discount and there doesn't look like there's one this month. Need to pick up a couple (or 3 or 4) more.

I know we always have this discussion but the last two coneheads will come out eventually. I have a bad feeling about the last two headmasters however. I just want them released and I can be done with this company. I have little to no faith in them. My Dirge was not the same quality as the others. It felt cheap and I have never had that feeling about a Maketoys product before. If they carry on the RE:Mastered line we can all save our breath because the will not be doing Crosshairs and Sureshot. I would venture to say they continue with the Galaxy figures. I cannot understand why any company that wanted to stay in business would allow this amount of damage to be done to their reputation after all the effort expended before to build it. No simple message can erase it.
