This figure is a pretty faithful representation of her toon appearance, and the car mode seems to compress reasonably well on her back. I don't collect very many Cyberverse toys, buy I'm looking forward to having her in my collection.

They've typically stuck with around 8 guys per BAF if you go off of Marvel Legends. And they already have dragged it out by not releasing them all at once as they typically do with BAF lines.

Hasbro has already bungled this release by stretching a BAF across multiple waves, instead on one, like every other BAF line has done, but now you're telling me that Arcee is gonna be in a 3rd wave by herself, surrounded by a bunch of repacks destined to pegwarm and make it impossible to find a fourth wave with Thunderhowl?

2 waves was understandable. 3 was pushing it.

A company that wants to test the waters with Transformers BAFs and realized Cybverse was already on it's way out so what better time than now?

Depending on what the data suggests, I could easily see that happening in Generations as early as next trilogy. Especially now that they've established modular Battle Stations and Weaponizers as a part of the toyline.

Since I love Cyberverse Arcee's alt mode, I wonder if you could take CV Arcee's backpack and put it on ER Arcee. That way, you could have a super G1 accurate bot mode with afar more imaginative alt mode. I guess it depends on how they each transform.

All that said, CV Arcee is pretty awesome. Definately want.

 

Arcee has always had a curvy figure and it is what we come to expect when a figure is made of her. The other fembots generally get the PC rule applied so they do not appear to be over sexualized. Parents generally frown at a female toy with DD boobs being marketed to young(er) children. Arcee is more of a mainstay of the older transformers fan mainly due to the earlier cartoon series and the animated feature film when sexual norms were more relaxed. They get away with the "big rack" on the 3rd party figures due to the market being aimed more towards the adult collector and generally priced out of a kids price range or parents putting price limits on toys they are going to ignore potentially in a few months. Also Hasbro has licensing constraints they have to design under for retail sale that 3rd party does not; Hastak is getting good at molding tricks to slip stuff under the radar. I personally prefer a normally proportioned figure that does not look like a bimbo.
