I noticed that as well. I've ordered a few things and keep thinking something else has shipped. But no, it is just the same order say it shipped three times over the last week.

 

Same with me. My Endgame looks like it shipped twice with 2 different tracking numbers.

Has anyone ever received the wrong item but the tracking has no updates? I have two on their way but none say delivered and this one isn’t what I Ordered. Also the tracking on this package doesn’t turn up any results

 

I've gotten the wrong item, but I didn't have trouble with the tracking. It tracked it all the way to my door. Whatever the case, if you contact them, they'll make it right. When you see those "flash sales" on their site that say "US Buyer only" (or some other country) those are items that were either shipped to the wrong person or returned for some reason. They sold on that item to another customer and reimbursed me for shipping it on to them. It makes a lot more sense than returning it to China!

 

Cool ty for the info! Yeah the only item I can think of still says “in transit” so who knows. I mean, I told them that if they want I’ll pay the difference and keep this one. If I’m not getting the other one anyway (ko mp bumblebee v2) then that shouldn’t be too much of a problem I imagine?

 

In my experience they are good at working with you! In my case, I had decided I really didn't want the figure that I had ordered after some other people already had it in hand and found it lackluster. I didn't want what I had gotten either, though. LOL I chose points to spend on something else I wanted in their shop and shipped the one I got fairly quickly on to some other lucky person.

 

I’ve heard nothing but good about their service so I’m not worried. I only ordered the bumblebee because I had never ordered before and wanted to get something that wasn’t a pre order to judge shipping time and stuff. It’s mmc ox fraudo who has incredible reviews. I wouldn’t really mind swapping the items.

 

I see Aoyi Mech Jazz is incoming, I paid off my preorder in its entirety before all of the shipping restrictions came in.

What do I have to do to make sure 100% it ships with the next batch asap?

i think the enquiry from rotten2shot was for the tape set that is due out following the two soundwave releases.

I’m interested to know when you guys will be listing it too.

I think Magic Square has called it Tape Team or something like that.

 

Anybody have any general comments on the free Slow Shipping (timing, issues, etc.)? I received a USPS tracking number, so it's in the ether/sea until it hits the States.

 

If you use usps informed delivery, they should show up as double chain. They pop in rather quickly, and then take a week or two to show any update status.
