WFC is labeled under Date Not Announced Yet. So still nothing  

 

Considering they skipped over the new season of Legends of Tomorrow that comes out June 10th, this might not be an accurate list to begin with.

 

This says “original” release so does this mean it got delayed?

 

Original release means when the show aired for the first time. It doesn’t mean the show has been delayed.

Yea I think its delayed not by a few months probably just for a couple of weeks because of the riots and Netflix's social media went silent. Plus I checked on Netflix and it said 2020 not June 2020.

 

You guys think they will bring anything new to the table?

I'm hoping Decepticon Mirage will be a prominent character or sub story, but he's probably just a Deceptocon spy for like five seconds. Hotlink and Scrapface are probably background characters.

So season one will basically be Optimus and Megatron dropping philosophical speeches in between battle scenes on a ruined Cybertron before heading to Earth at the end of episode six.   

 

Decepticon Mirage is likely a subplot featuring the fan vote story of Mirage infiltrating the cons to recruit Impactor

 

Sounds promising. Hopefully we don't have to wait too much longer.

It’s interesting that the interviewer and DeSanto frame Siege as if it’s truly a series with the storytelling benefits that series’ have, and while that’s technically true, the runtime is ~120 minutes. That’s essentially a movie. I’m not complaining. I’m okay with either. Just something I found interesting.

 

We’re most likely going to get a new trailer In sdcc since this is most likely delayed we’re probably gonna get this series in August-October

 

If this ends up being another Machnima Series, I'm gonna hold everything said in this interview against them.

 

The interview on the last page is actually pretty good, and gives me a bit of hope for the show. It seems like this guy has a good head on his shoulders and seems to get storytelling. I remember some of the statements and interviews for Combiner Wars were downright embarrassing. They kept talking about how it was "dark", "complex", "for the adult fans" and "something you shouldn't show your children". Then the show came out and it was laughably bad and not even very dark (and certainly not adult by any means). Every statement by the Combiner Wars crew felt like they were super full of themselves, and were blinding themselves with their own egos. These claims seem a lot more reasonable. It doesn't seem like they think this is super adult or complex, it just seems like they're a bunch of fans trying to make a fun Transformers show for other fans. Hopefully the show itself delivers.
