if it were a transforming figure you could say it's outdated but considering it's a posable statue that follows the prime by them perfectly it's not outdated

 

Even if his mouth doesnt move he better have the voice chip. Lots of disappointment if he doesnt have Frank Welker sound bites

 

The current ad states that he will have Frank's official voice clips so that's good.

Damn, late 2021 release. That's still far away. I don't really want to pre-order where I'd have to put money down. Who knows when this will really be released.

As others have said, face is still off but looking better than the prototype shots. I also find that there's too much panel lining everywhere, similar to their Ultra Magnus. That's kinda off-putting. Look at Prime, he's got minimal panel lines and lots of areas are just smooth.



In the end, when you put these 2 figures together, they need to look cohesive with one another, like they were created and designed together. Megatron appears to be over-stylized here, and a bit bulky.



I do agree that it looks better than chrome, but seems like the panel lining gets lost in all that bling.

 

I LOVE that chrome on Megatron!! If they decide to release a gold chrome Megs I'd be all on it like a fat kid on a triple layer cake!!

Holy Crap, just got the 3 day arrival notice from Chosen Prime. Im in shock, flabbergasted, stunned. ... 10 years later Im getting Megatron. My kid went from Toddler to high school driver in the time it took to release this.

 

It’s an error, they sent me 18 emails, anything that was June got a 3 day notice because there are 3 days left in June
