So I was able to model and 3D print his neck and made a bit taller for a bit more down neck articulation   just had to tweak the front side of his neck for clearance as it was hindering any further down moment even with the extra height.

It’s ~1/8” taller so you gain 1/8” more down movement. Those familiar with this figure know he has none.

I did experiment with a taller neck which allowed for more down movement, but his neck started to look like a giraffe neck....so the 1/8” extension was my compromise.

And yes he can still transform with it  

 

Great work! Will you be sharing the file for those of us interested in printing our own? I have 4 of this mold so far, I am hoping they release a white version soon!
