Megatron DOTM is a bit out of scale, but looking at screenshots, he looks spot on, so I'll keep him on chart. The others out of scale (red) will be removed.

 

MPM ratchet is 7.5 inches (19 cm) from what i saw in his thread, should scale well (hopefully, i don’t want to keep buying OS)
MPM Starscream fits with the BA/OS/carbot scale if i’m reading this correctly?

ratchet is 20 feet in the movie IIRC

 

Ratchet should be 21cm, so 19cm is a bit off
and with the new photos of Starscream next to MPM Megatron, he is way smaller than 33cm, so out of scale  

 

UT meg actual height is 32cm to top of the helmet

This is great! It might be useful to add in a column (but don't worry about the toys to match) for 1/32 as well since that's also a popular scale some of them are in.

Now do alt modes  

 

I think BmB Roft Meggs is the same size as Wj meggs

 

Personally I don't think you'd notice too much of a diff between those two. If you have a 1/32 it'd be much more noticible.

 

I'll have to remember to measure them when I transform them again...

The only others I can think of are the rest of the HA human figures. Any human figure that's around 6cm should work though.
