First one I got was the same way, took it back the next day for an exchange. I suspect that there was some overspill of the glue that holds the head together that connected with the ball joint.

Walmart exclusive WFC Netflix Series Figures

 

I went to Walmart today because I needed motor oil. I found Ultra Magnus on clearance. I had no plans to ever get him (even on clearance) but I'm weak willed when it comes to Transformers. I hate his colors & wish there was a way I could trade it for the original. I also picked up 1 Scrapface even though I said I wouldn't. I think I have a problem.  

I was just watching a warning video on Youtube saying that happens to Hound. I was surprised to see your post said Mirage.

 

I'm probably reading way too much into it, but isn't it amusing how on Sideswipe, the guy who's a warrior that never backs down, all of his battle-damage/scuffing/discoloration paint applications are on his front and not on what would be his back? As in, he never shows his back to the enemy because he never retreats?

 

I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but Smyths is showing Netflix Ultra Magnus as being in stock for home delivery in the UK, so if anyone over here is looking for one, now's your chance.

 

I think I might paint this Ultra Magnus into Delta Magnus & then try to get a regular Siege UM.


Edit: Nah! I'm going to return it & get my money back. The price is great $35 but I just don't like it. I like the original better.

 

One of the not quite local Walmarts here (that carries Leader class) had 4 Ultra Magnus figures but not on clearance. That figure is not worth MSRP. $35 might entice some just for the Rung redeco.

Snagged the last Scrapface at the same store, though.

 

Got everybody except Magnus and Chromia. No interest in a barely changed Magnus at that price with a small handful of accessories or a Chromia without lip stick.

I do want her piece of the Teletran display, though . . .

Definetely. My copy currently has custom paint drying. Soon he'll look similar to his siege version with extra wear.

 

Just did the knee mod on mine. Haven't added paint yet. Sounds like a plan tho

 

Cancelled my 3x camera figures and Mirage that I had on preorder, with the laundry list of preorders I have coming down the pike and recent G1 spending, I just couldn't justify random repaints at this point that I have no real attachment to. They do look nice, but gotta set some kind of priorities I guess.

 

My condolences. Go see a doctor.
