I'm in for scraps and castoff but christ 86.99 each at tfs express. Are they worth that much money for essentially a background character?

Hopefully these have improved the minor qc issues of Crash Hog and the first run Dumpyard which had removal Spikes that wouldn't stay pegged in.
Also the hands on these look a bit smaller and better proportioned compared to the initial CH and DY release.

Depends what you want. I'm the guy who does want every character, so I'll pick them up. Im sure some will go on sale, but I am glad that the option is there. People would want them all made anyways. Each person has different views or perceptions on what a complete collection is. For me its every character. Whatever, u are happy with just do it. My collection needs every character for G1 Transformers and every repaint.

I think they've changed the hands from wreck gar. Dont look individually pinned anymore. That's the better option imo

Just from a financial point of view I wish they were doing 1 or 2 at a time with a month or two in between instead of all 4 planned at once.

Are you asking emotionally or the product value itself? For the toy you get for $87 it’s a steal compared to prices of comparable figures in the market. If you are asking whether it has that emotional value to you as a character, only you can answer that. We can’t dictate to you what characters you should value.

I see the pics but I hope Castoff, Scraps, and Dregs each come with a pair for twin handguns like Dumpyard and Gunker does.

    Hmm at Tfs-express:

Metallic Dumpyard still in stock £72.99
    Single Dumpyard was £69.99
    Single Crash Hog was £74.99

New ones are £82.99 for Dumpyard and £86.99 for the rest.

I was planning on getting all of them but oof... Could have done it at £69.99 or maybe even £74.99...guess that's the price of Covid :(

Not sure I need all the Junkions. Already have the first two. I think Scraps and Gunker will do for me - I like that their deco and overall design are substantially different from the first two so they'll look distinct on the shelf.
The new Dumpyard has mittens instead of properly articulated fingers. The original had fully articulated fingers.
Pretty disappointing that KFC/XTB continue to abandon their articulated fingers. It's bad enough on new figures but on remoulds of existing figures where they literally could have just re-used the old moulds, it really sucks. I thought they were at least giving their larger figures proper articulation. Apparently some collectors are too clumsy to properly handle fingers that are attached with ball joints so KFC abandoned the whole articulation idea. What's worse is that FansToys can managed fully articulated pinned fingers on their Stunticons, which are slightly shorter than these, but KFC gives us mitten hands? Even on what should be a straight re-issue of Dumpyard?

Also, TB seller Little Bee Prince has a suggested retail of 400 yuan for these - that's US$57.

It's a shame that this v2 Dumpyard (and apparently the other 4 Junkions) won't have properly proportioned fully articulated hands for bots of this size. FT is able to pull it off so I don't see why KFC can't. XTB did with Gravestone so this is puzzling.

Any idea what these are going for in USD from non Taobao sellers?

Chosen Prime and BBTs both have Scraps for US$120. That's double the Taobao price. Even with expensive shipping TB looks like a better deal. Especially for me because all the US retailers charge a fortune for shipping to Aus.
Show.Z will usually be your cheapest option outside of TB but they don't have a final price. Wouldn't expect too much less than that. Maybe $110? And ShowZ's asking $10.50 shipping to US... This is definitely a TB sale for me

I like the wheel chest on one, the head on another and the chain weapon of a third. I'd be way more likely to bite if everything I liked was on one bot. I've already got Wreck-gar and what's his face. Wreck gar has been on display the whole time, what's his face has spent more time in a storage bin than out (I like him but with space issues he's just not a priority).

No idea if I'll grab one of these (or which one). Glad their out there though.
