So I've been getting quite the enjoyment from naming my Animal Crossing Island Wooloo. I need to remember how to get the screenshots again so I can share the great screenshot I got! Here's a bunch of Wooloo in celebration

Unfortunately, I can't find it on YouTube at the moment, so can't share it, but there's a detergent advert airing in the UK lately advertising pods, which ends with the line "always pod safety, and keep away from children". Sound advice.

However... there's a pause before "and keep away from children" that makes it come across more like the VO artist added it as an afterthought as general advice for life, rather than directly relating to the product. "Now that's the ad done... keep away from kids, folks!"

I'd not seen that, but no, it's actually a genuine ad airing on UK TV for Ariel detergent. The advice is certainly in response to the Tide pod stupiditychallenge, though

Sumerians and Babylonians had multiple beer styles and even straws for drinking it. Didn't have enough metal tools for everything, but multiple ways of getting wasted? Check.

 

This is one feel good show.

 

Considering how much life would suck in ancient cultures for the average Joe it’s no wonder we figured out alcohol so quick. Sweet liquor eases the pain.
