Also note the legs. The voyager KO of MP-10 has lower legs that are proportionally longer than the regular MP-10 (easy to spot by the number of vents on the front side of the lower legs: both the OS KO and the voyager KO have 5 vents, while the regular MP-10 has 4 vents).

So yes, this is the TT MP-10 Optimus Prime and thus this confirms that Zeta's Fort Max is the exact same size as the Toyworld version (if there was still any doubt).

TW Infinitor/Zeta Ford is just slightly smaller than MP-10, but looks even smaller than he actually is (since you expect Fort Max to be big and bulky).

Yeah, I'm'a have to paint those windows. They're not windows on the Marvel version of the character so I don't mind losing the transparency in this case. I think I'll have to 3d print some parts to make him more Marvel looking as well, longer horns and the white rectangle with the red circles that goes across his lower chest.



In fact, if I can separate the face from the headmaster body, I might just make him a whole new face.

 

I guess this the closest to Marvel Fort Max we're going to get. I was hoping we'd get a Hastak Supreme/ current Commander class version (same for Scorponok), but that won't be happening anytime soon.

I'm not too bothered by that or the lack of green. Marvel 'Max (who was pretty much my childhood Fort Max) generally always seemed be some variation of red, blue, white and grey anyway. I probably would have preferred the transparent parts to be of some sort of darkish grey plastic for more 'comic accuracy', though.

I guess what I wanted was a version of the Autobot Headmaster leader who could hang around with his buddies without accidentally stepping on them. I gave a TR Blurr the Headmaster faceplate of the Takara Legends 'Excelsuit Spike' (which came with their version of Bumblebee) as a sort of pre-triple changer Cerebros . 'Ford' could probably represent a pre-triple changer Fort Max.

 

The color of the windows bothered me at first too. After I had it a while I guess I stopped caring. That said, I would greatly prefer the windows be the proper color and it’s unfortunate they didn’t take this opportunity to change them.
