It’s almost as if this show just suddenly phased out of existence.

Unicron.com recently interviewed F. J. Desanto, who is the Series Showrunner/Executive Producer. He had some interesting things to say regarding the series.

For some reason though, he was negligent when asked when the series would air despite sometime in June was the target time. However, he stated that, “I literally can’t reveal any of this but SIEGE is this year for sure.”

...i expect siege will air late summer / early autumn to catch the back-to-school buzz as retail crowds pick up again, presuming the second wave doesn't manifest another retail lockdown...

So not only is Siege going to be way late for the original toyline, but also the toyline of repaints made for the show?

The Spoiler pack figure will be long gone from stores before this thing even starts airing. GG Netflix, nice timely rollout there.

To be fair, Hasbro should have made sure the product was ready to go before releasing the toys. Mismanagement all around.

and quarantine issues all around undoubtably have affected everything from production to shipping, but still, the lack of cohesive marketing sure seems blatant. I can go buy figures at Walmart (well not a Walmart near me since they all sold through in a week) that ADVERTISE a show on Netflix that I can't go find, nor can I go online and find a release date SOMEWHERE. or even a release "window" (like "July" or "Summer" or "Fall")
